My house was totally renovated by this company. I was very satisfied with much of the work. I was informed that I would be given the buildings certificate and the electrical certificate for works completed once final payment was received. I was given the buildings certificate. I was not given the electrical certificate, although the house had been fully rewired as part of the work. I chased up for the certificate but my requests were ignored. I was aware an electrician had come to inspect the works, and the builder who had been on site indicated it appeared to go well. I have now just recently had the electricity in the house inspected by an electrician and have found there were issues that required rectifying.
