George did an excellent job knocking down a wall and old water tank unit in the kitchen. It was a tricky job with some very old plaster and he repaired the space to a high standard ready to paint. He also created a beautiful patio area in our garden with reclaimed stones and railway sleepers. He paid a lot of attention to our style and designs and brought his own ideas and expertise to create the best possible solution. George is patient, clean and creative and a very good builder. We highly recommend him.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish with very clear communication from the beginning. The service managed the building process exceptionally well, handling logistics, tenants, and other complications almost entirely on its own. It truly felt like a self-sufficient solution, which made the experience stress-free for me as a property owner and landlord. I really appreciated not having to worry about every detail, and instead being able to trust that everything was taken care of professionally.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Dimitry's help has been a god send for me. I have been looking for someone to finish my bathroom which was left half done - it requires tiling, bath panel fitted, wooden skirting to be fitted on the ceiling etc. Dimitry visited my flat on the day that I contacted him to give me a quote. He had a thorough look around the bathroom and gave me a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. He turned up the next day promptly with a colleague and they worked through the bathroom steadily throughout the day. There were few things that could not be finished due to glue setting etc etc but he gave a very good advice as to how to finish those jobs. He completed tiling the bathroom for us which looks AMAZING. There were areas I thought would be tricky but he completed the job to a very high standard. He also built boxes around the pipes which was done very nicely. Essentially, he's done various different jobs requiring different skills and has been reliable. His lack of feedbacks (only had 2 feedback when I hired him) concerned me a little but please don't let that stop you from hiring him for a job - he is AWESOME. I would 100% use him again! THANK YOU :)

The job was done within quote originally provided, no last minute extra costs were added to the final invoice. He also gives really good tips and recommendations based on his experience. Very satisfied with Tafix. Rewire, kitchen refurbishment and flat redecoration. Kamil and his team were extremely punctual and delivered high quality results. Step by step approach with impressive attention to detail. Creative in finding solutions to unexpected problems that arose. Conversions - General- 4 May 2025
I Hired Em to do my ground floor reno, which included a garage conversion and remodel of my kitchen where 2 internal walls were removed. Very glad I found Em to do the job. Him and his team was efficient, friendly, tidy and hard working. We encountered obstacles along the process (which is normal for any renovation) but Em gave his opinion, listened and we came to the best solutions. Very happy with the result. Em is a reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, fair, down to earth guy and one of the best if not the best contractor I have hired. Highly recommend. Some before and after pictures.
