Don and Jake were terrific. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided work to a very high standard. They were extremely competent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have done many building projects and they were the first builders that I didn't fall out with!

I am extremely happy of how my flat looks thanks to the work done by Oliver and his team! They re-built a wall between the storage room and the bathroom, set-up all the pipe works in the bathroom, tiled the walls, installed the sanitary ware, painted and completed other decoration works. Oliver is a very honest person, whom you can trust. I spent the amount of the detailed quote we had agreed on, which was essential for me since I had no more than that amount of money! He is always available to meet up and discuss as needed and he has been very supportive and flexible when the tiles provider made several delivery mistakes. Above all, he is an extremely nice human being! Thanks Oliver!

Conversions - General- 29 Dec 2021
We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

Two things about George. Firstly his quality of work is excellent including good attention to detail and care with tidying/cleaning at the end of each day. Secondly, he communicates well both before and during the job - for example mid-way through this project there was a choice of how to do something, and he asked me rather than making a unilateral decision. We're happy to review Natanael’s work on, and management of, our 3-bed home renovation. This included: removing a wall, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, new bathrooms, installing wetroom, replacing piping, wiring, installing wood floors. All to a high standard; we had absolutely no cause for concern. The finish is excellent – plastering, painting, tiling and floors are immaculate. The wetroom is spectacular, with recessed tiled shelves and aesthetically perfect tiling which drains perfectly; Natanael helped us a lot to plan and design this. His experience is evident from good advice he gave and we appreciated his flexibility in accommodating our evolving plans. Natanael made sure that everything was just as we wanted, and regularly discussed progress and decisions. It is notable that Natanael worked to the budget and the timescale planned. He did this by organising and supervising his excellent team and working tirelessly. He is exceptionally hard-working. We hugely appreciated that he respected that we lived in the house at the time and cleared up daily. On a personal level we really valued having someone genuinely reliable, honest and meticulous. We hadn’t used MyBuilder before so it was a big decision to do so for such a big project. For that reason, we want to share that we had an extremely good experience, chose someone who had excellent reviews and more than lived up to it. It would be difficult to overstate how delighted we are with Natanael’s work.

Venta Construction have been most helpful, after refurbishing a building consisting of 8 floors we unfortunately experienced some works that were less then satisfactory. Venta saved the day and delivered high quality works and solutions for the floors that needed a lot of attention to detail and helped us to obtain a high spec which we hoped for. Venta went above and beyond to help us with a great 'can do' attitude and professionalism. It has been great working with a company with wide product knowledge and were able to install our chosen products correctly. Care was given to all areas before and after all tasks which helped tremendously. Project Management and all workers gave more then 100%, I am very happy working with Venta and will use them again for any future works. Pier and team were very reliable, trusting and a pleasure to have in the building.

Lee arrived right on time to fix the ACO drainage on my driveway. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept me informed and explained everything clearly. He was also exceptionally clean and tidy, leaving the driveway spotless after finishing the work.
