Robert did a great job on my bathroom, Routed water pipes, moved my wc to other location, fitted shower enclosure, tilled walls, mowed the door location, done the ceiling with spot lights, put skirtings and covings, Painted and always cleared up after he finished. Ivan ended up installing a nice new neat bathroom instead of a new kitchen. He even helped to obtain a quote for the new kitchen unit. We worked together to ensure all problems with the materials and measurements were ironed out. He and his team even did some further works following my snagging. Will definitely use again. Mohsen went above and beyond with our kitchen face lift. He did exactly as asked, to a very professional standard. Mohsen is very hard working, has high standards and was reliable. He also suggested ways to improve our kitchen, and corrected some previous poor work from other builders! We love the job and will definitely use Mohsen and his team again for future work.

John and his colleague Gary have been fantastic from the beginning to end. They were punctual, tidy and managed all the subcontractors well. We could not be happier with AT Line Construction. They worked very hard to respect a tight timeline we had suggested, offered us useful suggestions when asked, and did a very good job both inside (painting, floor installation) and outside (garden deep cleaning). We had full trust in their team. Adison is very responsive and honest. Contrary to other contractors we had initially spoken with, he advised against some works that would have been against regulations, reducing the scope of his work but also maintaining intellectual honesty and demonstrating knowledge of the local regulatory system. We would work with them again without hesitation.

Valter was very impressive on his initial visit with some exciting ideas for the house improvements and we had no hesitation in choosing Happy Building above the other two building firms who quoted. Having signed off on the budget and scope of work, Valter's team of builders arrived. We were hugely impressed with the skill, experience and work ethic of the team; the fact that they arrived early each morning smiling underlined the "Happy Building" epithet; Jarek, the site foreman, had an especially cheery demeanour. The work involved stripping the walls back to bricks, removing walls, reinforcing foundations, plastering, extending the bathroom and removing one bedroom to create a large ensuite bedroom. The latter certainly would not have been done without Valter's vision and patience in explaining how it would look. We were able to deviate from the original plans without any problem which was very important in achieving the final look which we had desired. Valter was very careful in sticking to time and budgets which I had never experienced before with builders. The kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and hallways were finished to the highest possible specification within our budget. There were one or two small features which, with hindsight, we would have improved such as door handles and shower fittings, however this was down to us not specifying exactly what we wanted. These are very minor details and a tiny part of the overall picture.

CNH did a great job on the bridge of our busy church in central Guildford. We had lots of positive feedback from our parishioners and they matched the colour of the resin bonding very well to the aesthetic of the building. The end result was that it looked like it had always been there, apart from the obvious newness of the surfacing.
