I hired Scott to do a property renovation. I was given a time scale of 4 weeks. Scott was hardly ever there. He turned up when he felt like it but always left early. I was told that people were doing work over the weekends, but when I went to the property no-one was there. He would tell me certain jobs were being done but then never did them. I told Scott every week that the job needed to be completed by I was constantly ignored. Expensive kitchen materials were left in an unsecured garage. An expensive kitchen was supposed to be fitted by Scott and it is still not completed. A worktop has been chipped. No respect was given to the kitchen which is white. A massive large amount of mess has been left outside the back of the property. He has not kept to his estimate.When I asked for cost breakdowns I was ignored. I was informed that he was starting a big project at the beginning of March and was assured that the job would be completed.The project is far from finished as promised. I was sent a bill Monday evening. I questioned the cost and there were things that needed to be finished off before the bill was paid. Tuesday morning I had a message that he was not happy that the bill had not been paid and that they had in goodwill carried on work at the property. I went to the property to discuss my concerns and surprise surprise he was not there and had cleared away most of his things. When I rung him up to ask where he was, he got irate.

Kevin and his son from Triple K.O property maintenance are the best. Everything went smoothly from the time I posted the job to the quote and execution of the work. I didn’t worry at all, Kevin took care of everything. Very meticulous and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. I have other small jobs to have done. I will for sure contact Kevin when I’m ready.

Internal garage conversion. Right from day 1 Neal was amazing. Great price, great knowledge and superb finish. Paul did a fantastic job taking down my existing 30m fence and replacing it with a 2m high block wall, and rendering it to my chosen colour. Paul listened to every request I had and carried them out perfectly. He managed to put a really nice curve on the wall rather than the normal stepped approach, which I was less keen on. He managed to save a fir tree and line of bamboos that I felt sure would be impacted or need removing during the building work. Paul and Rob cleaned up after themselves every day, and were very respectful nice chaps. The job did take longer than expected, but each delay was beyond Pauls control, and overall I am delighted with the result.

Unprofessional and discourteous. Accepted my invitation to quote. Agreed a date and time to attend to quote. I rushed home from work to be available for the meeting. Trader didnt turn up. I sent an SMS messaged to query. No response. I sent a message on this platform to query. No response. No message to cancel. No message to apologise and explain. No courtesy. No respect for peoples time. Be mindful of this when selecting GC Home Improvement. In my experience, this kind of disregard can sometimes translate into similar disregard when it comes to workmanship.

Gordon Bowden put up a partition stud wall finished with a high standard plaster finish. Work completed inside time quoted very reaonable quote. Left area clean and tidy and would highly recommend Gordon as a tradesman that takes great pride in his work. And would use him again lovely guy. Very pleased with the work he has done.
