The job was to dig out and install an artificial lawn. To pressure wash existing slabs and then do any necessary repointing. Everything was done very well apart from the last bit. Instead of repointing, sand was brushed into the gaps. This then, not surprisingly, just washed away. They came back and hurriedly repointed. Then they just left without letting me know. No attempt was made to clean up their mess made on the drive, pavement or fencing splashed by pressure washing. For a pressure washing specialist company they left it dirtier than before they arrived!
