Pawel and the team did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks superb and the whole team took time to finish the job to a very high standard. There was a narrow timeframe in which to do the work and this was met (despite more effort than first thought with respect to strengthening the floor). Pawel was easy to deal with and contacted me after the job to ensure everything ok. Highly recommended.

Ionut did a great job of removing and bricking up an old window and rendering the outside and skimming the inside. Work was complete quickly, too a high standard and the price was fair. Would happily employ again. He was very kind and even did some extra work free of charge without me asking but he saw it needed doing!

you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

Replaced carpets in bedrooms, hall and stairs with engineered wood floor. Installed new wardrobes in the bedrooms. Applied new silicone and new grouting on tiles in kitchen. Applied new silicone in bathrooms. Painting and decorating of ground floor and kitchen. I found Garo to be extremely reliable, always on time, polite and honest with his dealings. He was on budget, no hidden extras, and was very attentive to detail. Most importantly, I found him to be available to answer questions I had. He finished the job within the agreed time frame and left my property in a clean condition. I was very impressed with his work.
