Today it's been 16 years since I have worked in this field and the company has specialised in domestic extensions. The projects that excite me the most are when the client stretches my skills by wanting something different from the ordinary and breaking barriers of a standard box building. When a homeowner works with SpenHen Construction, our initial team of 4 will start the works for the first half, ground works elevations, brick work and renovating and then the second half consists of my project managing the trades, plaster, electrical, plumbing.
