Hi, Dan recently completed a loft conversion and ground floor extension for our house in Ealing. It is the second time I've used him for a loft conversion. We are delighted with the work, team, price and timing and I highly recommend him. Dan is entirely trustworthy, and the team are a mixture of his family, friends and choir group. Like all projects there were a few snags and without fail Dan was pragmatic, helpful and keen to make sure we were happy with the quality at the end. I've recommended him to neighbours on both sides who are both pleased and happy to recommend him.

Nesha was brilliant from start to finish. He was excellent at communicating before the job and was entirely professional and hard working throughout, not to mention his quote was very reasonable. He worked really hard to get the job done quickly and he did it to a fantastic standard. We are so pleased with the finished product and he was a pleasure to work with. Hired Oleksander and his team a few months ago - they did an excellent job helping me with removing an inbuilt shelf. Also repainted my office and did an excellent job ! I felt that I was in trusted hands and although there was more work for them than they anticipated they were lenient with the pricing:) really glad I hired this team and would do so again.

I chose Fayn as it provides detailed breakdown on a written quote, similar way of quote for large construction project. I hire it to do two two jobs - #1 repair previous flush light damage; #2 repair painting hook holes. I am happy with the job #1 but job #2 could have done better. For job #1, he has kept the place clean and tidy, ceiling area near flush light becomes smooth and nice. He is polite. For job #2, I was hoping to hide the tiny painting hook holes but they end up enlarged marks on wall. I must say the paint color I got isn’t quite matching, also a matter of new and old paint. I would appreciate him letting know me the color isn’t right after applying to the first hook instead applying to all, as well as using a smaller brush for tiny holes. He helps finding solutions by mixing paint. But every touch up just extends the area, so I had to tell him to start small for testing. He tried hard to make the mark less obvious.

This was the first time I'd had a builder do any work in my flat. It was a much bigger job than I realised, I had a big cupboard taken out, sliding door put in along with all the walls, pipes, electrics etc replaced. Jarek was brilliant, professional and went above and beyond for me. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than he'd expected but the quote remained the same, he gave me all the receipts for anything he bought, cleaned up after he left and took all the rubbish away. My bathroom is amazing, absolutely beautiful, I'm so pleased with how it all went! I can highly recommend Jarek.

Bathroom Fitting- 6 Jun 2020
The bathroom was refurbished from top to bottom even changing the location of basin, toilet and shower. One worker employed by AGStar Ltd did the entire job including floor and wall tiling. The worker cleaned up the stairs and the hall everyday before finishing for the day. When requested to carry out additional small jobs, not part of the contract, the worker always obliged. The refurbishment of the bathroom was carried out to a very high standard by just one worker and in short period of 10 days. I would recommend this company for all building work although a little pricey!

Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.

This is a young company but I am an old (read experienced 😉) carpenter and joiner with more than 20 years experience in the construction industry. Workshop and site experience, my "can-do" attitude and excellent teachers enabled me to expand my skills, helping me become more of a multitrader. I love what I do and I have worked as a subcontractor on small scale and multi-million pound projects, working alongside many other skilled professionals, to deadline and budget. I've got more tools than I can count (and store!) and I rent a bench in a shared workshop. To me, health and safety and mantaining a clean workspace are as important as the end product. I am ready to start this journey where I hope you and I can both benefit from my skills, creativity and knowledge of the industry.
