Johnny was very nice to deal with. When there were problems they were quick to find ways to rectify them. They started at short notice& finished on time which I was very impressive. We got a no. of quotes,Johnny was middle of the range but with a better level of service than others. Johnny was very open about when things might cost more &gave us the option if we wanted to proceed. A few things to note: -this was our 1st experience of any building work &we should have remembered they are builders, not designers -we both work long hours &so most days didn't see the team to get an update or brief them. This meant a few things were missed or miscommunicated - while most of the team were lovely the electrician used was horrible to deal with. He got very cross about requested changes, didn't deliver everything requested &just did silly things like putting in a light switch with 2buttons where there was only one Light or hanging lights incredibly low when we had given measurements of where we wanted them - we got Johnny's team to build some extra storage for us which on the whole was fine but some things weren't centred or for example the wine rack they built was wonky Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend them but would suggest be home to oversee the work more than once a week (must be true of any building work!) and get your own electrician. Very happy to talk to people and give references-the house looks great now.

Top notch builders! We used Future Home Construction to build our large wrapround extension. They are a reliable family-owned company who showed up on time, worked hard, sometimes working 6 days a week including Bank Holidays. The team worked with great care and professionalism and were very informative, walking me through the process and offering me solutions to problems. We have been very impressed with the high standard of work carried out on our house and are delighted with the result. We would recommend Future Home Construction to anyone considering having work done to their house.

Marius, Raz and their team removed and disposed our existing concrete base and created a new 8x12ft concrete base at a different part of the garden. As agreed they also came back to install our new shed when the base was set. Their quote was reasonable and they worked very hard. I truly appreciate that the team did the work happily without complaining even though they had to move heavy materials back and forth to the bottom of our long 400ft garden which is even on a slope. Marius and Raz were very patient in explaining things when I had concerns and also made amends to our satisfaction. They maintained a friendly spirit throughout their time in our house. They cleared the debris and waste and made sure we were happy at the end of the job. If you get a quote from them or bump into their profile, go ahead and book them straightaway! Highly recommended. COWBOYS! Absolute Nightmare! Marius left the job incomplete, after repeatedly demanding more money before completion! Not to be trusted! Workmanship wasn't as good as he would lead you to believe, I have pics & videos of: Cigarette butts in mortar. Bricklaying in the rain, not water-tight roof/felt work, drainage, unsafe electrical work which needs to be redone. Left my neighbour side of roof damaged + with a hole now for a month. Damaged door/table/gate. Of course, he denies any wrongdoing Please be very careful if you have to use this fraud. Get a FULLY detailed itemised quote! Draw up your own contract - do not use his. Do NOT ever pay CASH. Produce a schedule of works - pay him ONLY when the specific task is 100% complete - leaves lots of work unfinished but then lies claiming its complete at interim payments. Get a FIXED price for every aspect of work - do not have "TBC" or ambiguous costs - if he can charge more - he will. Do NOT use his electrician, cringeworthy attempt to "price up" a simple job and damaged roof. Buy ALL Materials yourself OR require receipts for anything he buys. Request ALL Invoices. Ensure he follows specs - offered me £250 off total job cost, if I used a inferior type of rooflight to the one required in spec. Ensure he doesn't keep rubbish on site, Hire a skip. Keep all communication on record, email, text, even voice record him as he is a pathological liar. Very dishonest, delusional and frankly embarrassing.
