Good first impression, great quote. Then delayed once due to weather (understandable). As the rearranged date approaches, I attempted to contact via this site and on the phone to confirm. When I eventually had a reply, he said he was unable to do the work. Frustrating and due to the delay our retaining wall has deteriorated further as has the weather.....
