PM Building epitomise what a modern day, professional building firm should aspire to be. Transparent pricing, a friendly team working 6, sometimes 7 days a week to get the job done quickly, an eye for detail and very high standard of final finish. All comms and the overall work is run through Bart, who answers to phone, text or email quickly and frequently outside normal working hours. This is ideal if you work during the day and cannot be around to oversee things directly. We also got PM Building to make us a bespoke kitchen, again very high quality and millimetre perfect. If I had to find some negatives, they are not the cheapest company you could find, but there again you get what you pay for; also, we developed a few issues with some retaining walls in the garden, however, they returned when I contacted them long after the work had finished and fixed them! All in all, an excellent, honest and professional company to deal with. I would, and have, recommended them to friends...nuff said.

Kasta did a complete bathroom renovation. He was always on time and worked extremely hard. He took every measure to make sure the Job was done properly without cutting corners. He was clean and always cleaned after himself. He was friendly, kind and nothing was too much trouble for him. The final finish of the Job was amazing and immaculate. I highly Recommend Kosta and look forward for him to do other modernization in my house

Luzianna and Carlos couldn’t have done more to make the refurbishment of my parents ground floor flat easy. The job was kept to the time schedule and finished to a good standard, Any extra requests asked for , were responded to promptly and with no problem. Thames Garden Services gave a very competitive quote and delivered a lovely lawn and managed to fix a few other issues in my garden (poorly laid patio, fencing at side of house) with great results. Jim made sure we understood everything we needed to know, and went beyond the expected level of work (such as breaking up concrete to secure the fencing) at no extra cost. Jim even entertained my kids while fixing the pointing on my patio! Would definitely recommend Thames Garden Services for any landscape garden work, patios or fencing, and will be looking to use again in the future. Many thanks to Jim for all the hard work, rain or shine.

Viktor and Michael are very friendly and professional. They were on time and the price quoted was the price I paid. I hired them to install architraves around 4 internal doors and I am very happy with their work. They made sure I was happy with the work before they left and they took time to clean up after as well. They take real pride in their work as all the joints are perfectly aligned and all the nails are sunk in to the wood so I can apply filler afterwards and paint. Viktor also made a quick trip to Screwfix to ensure he used the strongest adhesive to fix the architraves to tiles in the bathroom. I will hire Viktor and Michael in the future to refurbish my stairs and install wall panelling on the stairs wall. I highly recommend them for their honest and professional work.

Nathan from HCJ Building Service was excellent in all respects. He built an extension to our garage, which involved block-work, timber framing, roofing, cladding and installation of a door. When he visited the site to provide an estimate, he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. His quote was competitive and he promptly answered a few questions we had about some of the technical details. When working on the project, he always arrived when he said he would and left the site tidy when he finished. My wife and I were impressed with how hard he worked, barely stopping to drink a coffee. When we interrupted him to find out how things were going he was happy to give us an update. He was always friendly and polite. He completed the project on time and left the site as he found it, removing all his waste. The work was done to a very high standard. We are really pleased with the result. This extension has freed up space in the garage for my woodworking hobby. We will definitely be coming back to Nathan to quote for future building projects. Now that I have my woodworking man cave my wife has started thinking about the kitchen...
