This is the third job Warren and his team have done for me in just over a year and over a couple of properties. This latest one was quite a big project at least it was for me. I have what is quite a large back garden and it was in a right mess, grass 3 foot tall. hidden bricks, metal bars. the garden was also in three parts with slabs laid that wen so far up the garden but not to the end, so you get the picture. I sort of knew what I wanted but I have very little vision. I talked with quite a few companies and what they suggested and what I wanted to be fair all the quotes came out at pretty much the same. After talking with Warren who incidentally is a really nice man, very approachable very knowledgable with good ideas and even better suggestions. The whole team worked like, well incredibly hard, and the results are here to be seen. what a difference, not completed just yet but now I can see where Im going and I can see there will be more work to come, but for now the work is done, and another top notch job it is. first class. If your reading this then your probably thinking of doing some ground work yourself. Would I recommend Warren Horton. yes I would, its simple really. your looking for someone who is honest, reliable, with good ideas and suggestions all at a reasonable price, then congratulations you have another name for your list. Everything started well. The team were friendly, helpful and worked quickly. They were asked to smooth the entire garden with a slight slope for drainage and level a specific courtyard area. Although I was told the job could take up to a day and a half, they finished by around 3pm on the first day. They suggested raising the courtyard using the excavated soil rather than digging it down, meaning it would not be flattened. With everything going on, I forgot to confirm that I still wanted the courtyard levelled as originally requested. After checking the garden properly the next day, I found several small areas had been missed, and the overall garden was still uneven and not properly smoothed. Several people have also commented on this. The bottom section was missed on the day, and when I pointed it out, they only dug up the grass without levelling or smoothing it. I have contacted them 3 times asking them to complete the missed areas, courtyard and bottom section. Every message ignored

Richie stripped out my old kitchen and put a new one in his workmanship was totally first class, I am so pleased with the finished kitchen, in fact I want my bathroom done next year, I did cause Richie a bit of a problem after the kitchen fit I decided I wished I had had an integrated freezer, he came back and did this for me, I cant praise him anymore than to say he is first class at what he does, don't hesitate or worry about his work a top class workman and a very helpful and nice person so once again thank you Richie Sault

Involved the demolition of internal walls, removal of toilet, kitchen and dining room, construction of new walls, plastering, RSJ installation, bifold doors, full kitchen installation and new window installation. From enquiry to job completion, Dan, Fay and the team did a great job of planning, advising and laying a substantial concrete slab for my workshop. The guys worked hard in extreme heat and completed the job on time, with minimum fuss and left the site clean and tidy. The price was extremely competitive when compared with 4 other quotes I obtained. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be using Fredstone Landscapes again in the near future!
