Tomasz is one of the best tradesman we've ever dealt with. He's very professional, honest and reasonable with his pricing. We intially wanted him to fit a new kitchen and a bathroom, but he was so good, we asked him for a full house renovation. He completed kitchen, bathroom, cloak room removal and fitting and plumbing. Knocked down a wall, plastered walls, built an ensuite, fitted flooring (wood and tiling), fitted ceiling (previous one had to be removed professionally because of asbestos) but he happily fitted all our ceilings back. Transformed our stairs and fitted all our doors, including our main door. There isn't a task Tomasz can't do professionally, if he can't he will tell you and has a list of other trusted tradesmen. I can definitely recommend him and will hire him again for any work that needs doing. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends for various jobs. He is keen on finishing a job 100 percent and to our satisfaction. We blindly trust him. Thank you Tomasz!

Josh responded quickly as I needed bathroom door fitting.....he has to date fitted new door liners,doors and architrave to 5 doors.Very reliable,kept me informed throughout. I have found him to be hard working,trustworthy,reliable and good at his trade.... He has a list of jobs to be completed in the future....definitely using him again

I am really happy with the guys for being available at such short notice and being so tidy and careful with their work. They were on time, hardworking and very efficient. The plastering, skirting, painting and flooring has been completed to perfection and i appreciate them checking in with me if i was happy throughout the process. I initially only needed my bedroom done and was worried about advertising a bigger job but after such a positive experience i decided to tell them to do the rest of my house for a good price and i am very happy with the results. Having been ripped off by our previous builder we were cautious at finding another. But we found Ben, if only I'd found him earlier here are his qualities - 😊 Professional - Good time keeping,he arrived at agreed time, his quote arrived on time on proper headed paper, his tools were clean he worked cleanly and tided up at end of each day, Ben was so thorough and took pride in his work. 😄 Very agreeable price 😊 Attitude - Ben was approachable,friendly and very patient, very polite - you actually get good morning, please and thanks - very unusual these days!! I requested quotes from 10+ builders, regardless of their price I already knew I was going with KHbuilder as instantly they seemed genuine & trustworthy! Hasan never changed his price during the project which is a fear many have during a build, he has a great team, friendly and always courteous. His workmanship is very good, therefore he is now also doing my patio and garage, he has great suggestions and contacts which has saved us money. His attention to detail and reliability really does shine through, our neighbor is now also doing the exact same 4 meter extension with a new kitchen move, the fibre glass roof and the bifolds all starting to take shape and look fantastic, just search for KHBuilder on instagram where they have posted the progress so far of all the work being done! We will genuinely miss all the guys being around. A very rare find in the building trade!! Thanks KH Builder...

Conversions - General- 24 Jul 2025
Wesley and team did a fair job, however we felt like corners were cut or jobs were not completed to a high standard. During the build we had issues that arose such as a leak in the wall from plumbing and we had asked for an extra for a radiator to be replaced upstairs- the guy that was used for this was miserable and also caused a leak in the heating system. Also when levelling the floor this was done over several days and ended up being very un-level which he did have to come back and correct. We had doors installed which are sub par at best- avoid using his carpenter! The worst part of the situation was our French doors which were “new” however installed terribly- not level and gritty to open. At first when called back, Wesley seemed to want to help to solve the situation, but after 4 months of chasing he came to take a broken part of the door away to be replaced and has now gone silent. So now looking at having to pay more money to solve the problems from the build.

Justin was prompt, polite and friendly. I had asked him to quote to repair two first floor window cills, and he was able to accommodate a couple of date changes to fit around others working on the windows. Access was difficult due to the positioning of the scaffolding, and the repair turned out to be more difficult than Justin had anticipated. Initially the result wasn't as good as either of us had hoped, but he was happy to return once the scaffold had been removed, and was able to improve the finish. The unexpected difficulty didn't result in a higher charge.

Andy and Dan did a great job. They took down a damaged 18” brick pier and damaged section of a 9” thick wall, toothing back the original brickwork ready to build. It was rebuilt using matching bricks and finished with ‘Birds beak Pointing’. It is very hard to notice the join! They were extremely courteous, kept the site clean, removed all rubbish and communicated well before, during and after the work.

Liiam was fantastic, professional and you could tell he took pride in his work. I couldn’t be happier with the job done on my decking, he has completely transformed my balcony whilst also giving me advise and great professional help on other parts of the flat.
