James and the team were great. Really pleased with the work they did, professional, quick, and very nice people. We had them here for a week and they tidied up every night and kept mess and disturbance to a minimum. They bring a wealth of knowledge and skill with a friendly and professional approach. We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

We had a loft conversion and a 9x3m rear extension constructed. We also had underfloor heating, flooring, a new staircase and air con installed. We are happy with the result and would recommend this company. They have also respected warranty and fixed issues that have come up after construction and decorating work completed.

Genuinely one of the worst builders we have come across. David rewired the flat and Stefan plastered the hallway. David is NOT qualified as an electrician and cut corners wherever he could. David leveraged us for money mid job and in the end left the job without finishing and without providing a certificate. David ran cables behind door frames (awful idea), got the cheapest material, forgot where holes were for spotlights and switches among many issues which meant we had to constantly ask our builders to fill the holes and make good. Stefan did the hallway plastering without putting on mesh. The plaster cracked within 2 weeks and the paint keeps cracking and will be a constant problem. When asked to come back and fix the issue - he point blank refused. They were the cheapest quote but we really hope we had gone to someone else

Florin extended and completely refurbished our 4-bedroom semi-detached house. This included extensive steelwork, underfloor heating, complete re-plumbing and rewiring, excavation, and an entirely new slate roof as well as varying extensions up to three floors high. I cannot say enough good things about his workmanship, professionalism and reliability. His workmanship makes a perfectionist like myself happy. He is also completely professional: even with our difficult neighbours he was always courteous and understanding, and even helped them sort out issues at a moment’s notice that had nothing to do with his building work on our property. And he is also thoroughly reliable. I cannot think of any instance where he committed to something and did not deliver — he even managed to finish all the work on our house ahead of schedule and on budget. We have been so happy with his work that we contracted him to build us a summer house as well, from scratch, and to complete revamping our front garden including elements of hard landscaping. Again he delivered flawlessly and we are very happy with the result. We also continually receive positive comments from people passing by and just seeing the front garden. We have used several other builders in the past on other properties, including far more expensive ones, and none compare to his level of competence, attention to detail in his workmanship, his complete professionalism and thorough reliability. Now that we have found Florin, we will never look for another builder again. I just hope once others experience what he delivers for themselves he will still have some availability for us in the future!

Extremely professional. After replying to our post, Rafal promptly contacted us and then came and gave a quote for the job. We were happy with the competitive price and the timeframe for the job so agreed to hire him. He communicated well with us because he had to order the bath, so he kept us updated on that. Once the bath arrived Rafal completed the job in one day as promised. The work was of a very high standard. We would definitely hire this company again.
