My advice is avoid. Poor communication Poor workmanship Poor quality finish Create 'issues' during build to make you pay more than quoted Left project incomplete We pursued through the Court and won the case, but of course he is unable to pay, so we are pursing further through the Court. He will respond to the review with some excuse, but there is absoultley no excuse for poor workmanship and quality. Happy to share pictures and videos on request.

Had three quotes for a base for a garden shed, Toma was the cheapest by far. We arranged a day for the work to be done, bit apprehensive because I never knew anything about the company. Mr Toma and two others turned up, what lovely people they were, especially Mr Toma, the job was highly professional, everything was tidied up. Would I use them again.........100%. I would highly recommend them.

My previous bathroom fitters did a very bad job with the bathroom and cloakroom toilet and left it unfinished. I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself. As well as being very good at what they do, they are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. I have already booked them in for another job and requested a quote for another. Rad and his team are professional, genuine and knowledgeable. He will advise you what necessary and if we got problem he will go beyond and solve it. He is honest and done things that he promised that will be done. I couldn't ask more. It is hard to trust random people to do the work in your own home. These gentlemen earned my trust! Fabiol and his brother are not professional builders. I reversed everything they did. At the end, when I said I was not happy with the job suggested paying £100 less than agreed, they started yelling, insulting, and threatened to break my house with a hammer. Something as simple as sanding a wooden kitchen worktop was not right. They left it rough which needed resanding. The upstand they put was not the right size, colour, or shape, and rather than stick it on, they used nails which were big, visible, and not aligned along its length. They joined more than one piece together and it was very poor and visible. They put a new window frame but gaps where the window frame parts join at the corners were not filled. They didnt remove the blinds or ask me to remove them, so the paint on the window frame got smudged and the blinds are covered with paint. They were supposed to restore original floorboards which is heavily marked. They used a hand sander for this. Rather than say this is a job that they cannot do, they went ahead with it. The sanding they did with a hand sander did not remove any of the marks, but they still started varnishing it. I rented a floor sander the next day and did it myself and the floor doesn't have any marks on it now. They used door and window silicone and a multipurpose white filler to fill the gaps between the floorboards instead of a wood filler. They used interior varnish instead of floor varnish. They used screws instead of nails which cracked them.
