Hi, I’m Sam, an ARB/RIBA Part 1 Architectural Assistant and Architectural Designer. I’m an MA (Hons) Architecture graduate from the University of Edinburgh and am currently studying for the Diploma in Architecture (Part 2) at Glasgow School of Art. I have around two years of professional experience working on projects of varying scale across Scotland. My main focus is residential design, including extensions, conversions, and internal alterations. I have also worked on a broad range of projects for commercial organisations and charities, and can provide support from early design through planning, building warrant and technical design stages, with further assistance during construction where required. My services include measured surveys, planning drawings, building warrant packages, technical detailing and visualisations. I prepare clear, accurate drawing packages tailored to each project and its approval requirements, using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. I offer fixed-fee pricing, agreed at the outset for the defined scope of work. I’m happy to discuss your project, explain the process and help you consider the most suitable route forward. Please note: I am not a registered architect.

Hi, I’m Behzad — founder of The Last Window Ltd. I specialise in restoring traditional sash and case windows across Scotland, combining heritage craftsmanship with modern upgrades like draft-proofing and custom joinery. With years of hands-on experience in castles, listed buildings, and bespoke residential projects, I bring precision, care, and a deep respect for original detail to every job. Whether it’s restoring a single window or managing a full property upgrade, I treat every project like it’s my own. The Last Window Ltd Preserving the Past – With Care, Craft, and Tradition At The Last Window Ltd, we specialise in the restoration, repair, and replication of traditional Scottish sash and case windows. Whether in listed buildings, period homes, castles, or heritage projects, our aim is to breathe new life into historic joinery—always respecting the original craftsmanship and materials. We work with Douglas fir, hardwoods, and traditional linseed oil paints, and we restore or replicate every element: pulleys, ropes, weights, glazing, sills, and putty. From careful removal and workshop repairs to full reinstatement and draught-proofing upgrades, we deliver durable, authentic results that last for generations. Alongside our window work, we are proud to offer lime plastering, lime pointing, and traditional wall repairs using breathable, heritage-appropriate materials and techniques. These services are especially important for maintaining the health of old buildings and ensuring proper moisture movement in stone and lime-built walls. How we work: We believe in doing things properly—which means taking our time, choosing the right materials, and never cutting corners. All work is carefully scheduled to allow for natural drying times (especially with linseed paints and lime mortars), and we always communicate clearly with our clients about timelines, repairs, and finishing options. Where we work: Based in Glasgow, we cover the West of Scotland, including areas like Oban, Argyll, Loch Lomond, and the surrounding regions. We regularly collaborate with private homeowners, architects, conservation officers, and local authorities.

Sanitologic Ltd was founded on a philosophy: If I do it well, they will tell others. While many cleaning services prioritize speed and volume, we distinguish ourselves through a commitment to personalization, and professional integrity - all our employees have both DBS and PVG. And the risk of damage? We're covered up to £1m in public liability. What truly sets us apart is our refusal to overlook the invisible areas. Most cleaners follow a checklist; we follow the dust. From the tops of door frames to the intricate skirting boards that often go neglected, our team is trained to see what others miss. We don't just clean for the visual & wow factor; we clean for hygiene and longevity - reason for our well-thought of name. Some of our reviews are reflecting that akready. As the principal partner is a chemist earlier in life, we all know the best cleaners for each of your materials to maintain their lives. We recognize that no two homes—and no two clients—are the same. Whether it’s a preference for eco-friendly, non-toxic products to specific way you like your work done, our service is tailored to your lifestyle. We build a profile for every client, ensuring that your unique priorities are met during every single visit without you having to ask twice. We'd do whatever it takes as a growing company
