Very happy with the work Wayne carried out to a bay window wall that needed repairing and rebuilding part of an external wall. Wayne was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Work was carried out quickly with minimal disruption to my day. Will definitely use Wayne again on any future projects.

Jim did a great job laying a shed foundation with pavings slabs, including a neat pathway from the edge of the drive upto the foundation. He made sure the requirements were clearly understood to start with, was great at communicating ahead of the date to reconfirm everything was ok to start on the agreed date and was promptly on time on the day of the job. He was clean tidy and additionally got some landscaping bark similar to what we use around the rest of the area. This was a bonus and made sure the finished article blended into its surroundings. I will look to use Jim in the future for other jobs I am likely to have around the property.

We're so happy with the outcome of our flooring. The whole job gets 10/10 from us - Service, Finish, Attention to detail... Craig went above and beyond to help get the right outcome. I was worried that by switching from carpet to flooring we were going to have to bead the skirting boards, but Craigs attention to detail to get the right finish meant he cut the skirting to get the right finish - I know a lot of others wouldn't have gone to this level of detail because it takes a lot of extra work. The room has a completely different feel now and we are going to be using Chase Construction to replace all the carpets for wooden flooring throughout the rest of the house.

Ade, Paul and their team have just completed our two-story extension. The whole of the front elevation is new, including the roof. From the road it looks like a brand-new house! Prior to starting the build, we had an issue with some trees that were protected by a TPO. Most builders simply quoted for a very expensive raft foundation. Ade suggested an inspection trench to establish exactly what our options were. When the trench was dug, we discovered that there were no tree roots in the area of the proposed foundation. Building control inspected and confirmed that they were happy, and we saved many thousands of pounds. Ade and his team were completely reliable, always punctual and they were respectful of the property. They also got on well with my neighbours. We would highly recommend Ade and his team. We are now considering asking Ade to do additional building work in 2025.
