We did a lot of research ahead of our loft build, and spoke to customers of the companies we looked at. We were impressed with Toma and her team from the outset, especially in terms of clarity and communication. We sat down with the project team at the start and walked through the week-by-week plan for our build, then a whatsapp group and weekly meets meant we knew exactly what was happening throughout. Our endless questions were responded to swiftly. Additional optional trade-ups (eg top-hung windows, larger bathroom window etc) were discussed and explained with context, sound advice (and clear pricing where nec) but always still optional. Toma's communication with the teams also seemed strong and continuous, with materials always arriving in time and ahead of when needed, no down-days etc - and importantly, the teams all seemed happy and were just lovely people to have around. I realise with hindsight too that the team's care and workmanship really put them a cut above many others in my area and the project remained on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICS for the whole package and in fact we've also chosen to use them again for a kitchen extension.

Dimitry's help has been a god send for me. I have been looking for someone to finish my bathroom which was left half done - it requires tiling, bath panel fitted, wooden skirting to be fitted on the ceiling etc. Dimitry visited my flat on the day that I contacted him to give me a quote. He had a thorough look around the bathroom and gave me a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. He turned up the next day promptly with a colleague and they worked through the bathroom steadily throughout the day. There were few things that could not be finished due to glue setting etc etc but he gave a very good advice as to how to finish those jobs. He completed tiling the bathroom for us which looks AMAZING. There were areas I thought would be tricky but he completed the job to a very high standard. He also built boxes around the pipes which was done very nicely. Essentially, he's done various different jobs requiring different skills and has been reliable. His lack of feedbacks (only had 2 feedback when I hired him) concerned me a little but please don't let that stop you from hiring him for a job - he is AWESOME. I would 100% use him again! We needed the dividing wall between our living / dining room removed and then replastered before our floor sanding took place, so timing (as well as quality) was very important to us. Rob promptly got in touch soon after I posted the ad and visited the property a few days later for an inspection and to talk us through the process. A week later the job has now been completed to an exceptional standard with plenty of time to spare. They were also well organised and did a great job minimising the mess that comes with removing a wall. Imran and his team completed my house work. This included plastering, painting, inserting spotlights and any small jobs that I had also requested. He was prompt with his timings, trustworthy, thorough and clean. They are also very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them as i had a great experience. Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!

Job done promptly and within the budget required. The window was put in place so quickly I didn’t have a chance to wipe the dust of it before it went in! Would suggest the fitter carries a cloth with him to wipe fingerprints and bits off the window before installation but really a small thing considering. Overall very happy with the job done. Thanks.

SureLay were probably the most professional business I engaged with when renovating my property. Alex came to the property and provided a comprehensive and knowledgable quote, and explained in detail what would happen and when they could start work. I was shown samples, and at no point was I rushed into making a decision. The team arrived promptly every morning and worked efficiently, whilst also being exceptionally tidy and courteous. Not only do I now have a fabulous driveway, but the attention to detail on the small elements of the work is second to none. I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.

Absolutely amazing team who have done up my garden perfectly. They were so professional and we were left very very impressed with the garden. Initially my original garden was awful, but Gjergj and his team really made the garden beautiful. The laid down porcelain tiles, Astro, sleepers on both sides, Venetian fencing perfectly. They were friendly and kind and I would recommend them over and over again because of their professionalism and the quality and standards of their work.
