Very pleased with the results of the renovation. James and the team were great to work. Excellent communication, time keeping and quality of work. As with any projects, small queries often arise, but these were quickly taken onboard and resolved. Stephen came to assess and repair the leaks from two different sources. He was very thorough and visited the property a few times to assess and carried out first repair then the consequent repair to cure the cause of the problems (broken tiles and water valve in the ceiling). Awaiting for the affected internal walls to dry up so we can ask him to come back to do cosmetic works inside the house.
