We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

From start to finish, Connor, Andrew and their team at Biggin Renovations Group Ltd provided exceptional service. We had a double storey side extension and garage connection to the house that included 2 new bedrooms and an en-suite completed. The team confirmed a 12 week timescale, and a week by week expectation of work to be completed, along with the payment plan which was all confirmed via contract. They stuck to their time schedules and completed on time. The price was within our budget. Along with Connor and Andrew, their team of subcontractors were very kind, helpful, polite and professional in the way they presented themselves. Very happy with the work that was completed, we will call them for our planned single storey extension in the near future. Highly recommend them.

John has been an amazing builder to work with! My wife and I felt blessed to have him work in our place especially when we have just moved in and had loads of refurbishment work needed doing. He is true to his word and reliable, sends out quotes when he says he will and turns up when he says he will. He has also done additional stuff for us (e.g. adding more cupboard space, installing curtains) out of his own initiative to help make our house even better and most of them were free of charge as he just genuinely wants to make your house function in the best way possible. Enjoyed working with John so would highly recommend him and would definitely keep in touch for other work I'd need.

Marcin and team were great to deal with right from the start. 30 sqr meters of concrete patio to plan and then dig out and lay (weather was awful and ground mostly mud during the prep work). I'd had several quotes but Marcin was gracious enough to offer me various options for my involvement in the project which I really appreciated and allowed me to control the costs and materials. They turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and the price I paid for the project with Marcin's involvement was exactly as I had hoped (which is not always the way these things turn out!). As the house renovation project is in 'phases' I will reach out to Marcin again when I have more groundwork to complete. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others for this type of work. I could not praise Darek enough for his standard of work, punctuality, professionalism and respect. We hired him in Jan 2018 for the complete renovation of a 4 bedroom house, garden and front patio. Not only did he do each aspect of his job to a high standard, his knowledge and advice went a long way in helping to make repairs we had not identified but were much needed. He offers a very reasonable quote and clearly cares about his work. He has excellent time management, commitment, is reliable and trust worthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.

As you can imagine the difference in work between the 2 can vary due to building methods and materials. Kris, Gustav and their team have been absolutely amazing, cannot praise them enough. First of all - the job ended up being a lot larger than initially thought- as decided to replace old ceilings and flooring, walls -everything was uneven to start with. So took everything back to 'bare bones' and pretty much built it up again as a new house. New electrics, water pipes, completely new kitchen and bathroom. I really appreciate they were very straightforward with the estimated costs from the beginning - it did run slightly over budget but nothing too bad as had some contingency funds prepared. I would have hated to be quoted one price then half way through the project to discover it escalates out of control. Thankfully they are really honest and reliable. They were always easy to reach and replied any question I might have had in a timely manner. This was particularly important to me as I was between uk and us at the time so couln't be 'looking over their shoulder' so to speak. Last but not least the finish and quality of works is absolutely amazing! They couldn't have paid more attention to every little detail if it was their own home. For instance I remember last day of work when they were tidying up Gustav came back to put up door stoppers for me, completely on his own initiative. It's just a little touch but goes to show the dedication they've put into the project and care about the finished product.
