This is the second large roofing job on site that J and D builders have been employed to do. Again, they are prompt arriving on time on the day they booked us in, the estimate is fair for the work quoted - note it never has been increased even when some areas proved more difficult. Work is excellent standard and the guys are very friendly keeping us up to date with work being carried out. We have such faith in this firm that we have them coming back to do our last major landscaping job. We cannot highly recommend them to others enough. Reliable, fair pricing and excellent job, thanks guys.

Gave a very thorough quote, helping me understand areas of concern (rising damp, where plaster would need to come back to the brick etc.) and where I'd over thought things. The work was done professionally and on time, cleaned and tidied after themselves. Would use them again and recommend them to my mum

All workmen were well mannered & tidied up after themselves everyday which was such a relief since I have a newborn & 2 year old. All work completed within timescale & on budget. Cramlington Builders demolished our existing conservatory and built us a beautiful sun room on the same base. I was delighted with Michael and his team, they were really professional and very switched on. Michael was a great communicator and was ever so reliable. When the glazing turned up to site it was Michael who immediately spotted that the wrong glass had been delivered and that it was not safety glass. We would never have know that and Michael had the glazer return to site to swap the glass. We found the team to be happy in their work and they delivered a really great project for us on-time. The price was the cheapest of the three quotes received and we will definitely use Cramlington Builders again.
