Absolutely spot on. Punctual, polite attention to detail second to none. Conservatory completed to an exceptional standard. Did not ask for expect payment until job complete and I was happy. Kev tidied up at the end of every working day. Could not recommend highly enough. Have already booked for several additional jobs and will definitely be my first port of call for any future works. Ivo has been renovating my house for the last 4 months. There’s nothing he can’t do and he has done an amazing job. For every idea I’ve had he’s had a few more to help me get the right look to my home. He’s totally committed and reliable and arrives every day with a positive and happy attitude. He’s made a stressful time very pleasant and manageable. Work he’s done for me include taking chimney breast out and obtaining building regulation certificate, plastering , fitting kitchen , laying wood flooring , re building outside wall and bricking up a doorway, making a new stair rail and cupboards and building a bookcase also fitting radiators and refitting window and doors plus much more. He’s a needle in a haystack. Lucky to have found him. Thank you Ivo 😀

2 story extension front and back. Luke built the shell up for our 2 story extension, was very professional and knowledge, there was a few unforeseeable issues with the build that he came across which he was able to fix very easily, workmanship was extremely neat and pretty much everybody who has seen the work has commented on how neat it has been, our plasterer who came in afterwards has he's taken a lot of care not just inside but also on the finish inside as a lot of builders only care about outside and leave other to sort the inside out but luckily not luke, he also helped out massively when let down by other trades to help catch up and get ready for 1st fix trades, we also added in a lot of extras which weren't originally discussed but the work got carried out as usual to a very high standard at a very reasonable cost. They work very fast only really being held up by weather. I would definitely recommend Lh builders for any building work you need.
