Restoration & Refurbishment- 8 Mar 2019
I hired Scott to do a property renovation. I was given a time scale of 4 weeks. Scott was hardly ever there. He turned up when he felt like it but always left early. I was told that people were doing work over the weekends, but when I went to the property no-one was there. He would tell me certain jobs were being done but then never did them. I told Scott every week that the job needed to be completed by I was constantly ignored. Expensive kitchen materials were left in an unsecured garage. An expensive kitchen was supposed to be fitted by Scott and it is still not completed. A worktop has been chipped. No respect was given to the kitchen which is white. A massive large amount of mess has been left outside the back of the property. He has not kept to his estimate. When I asked for cost breakdowns I was ignored. I was informed that he was starting a big project at the beginning of March and was assured that the job would be completed. The project is far from finished as promised. I was sent a bill Monday evening. I questioned the cost and there were things that needed to be finished off before the bill was paid. Tuesday morning I had a message that he was not happy that the bill had not been paid and that they had in goodwill carried on work at the property. I went to the property to discuss my concerns and surprise surprise he was not there and had cleared away most of his things. When I rung him up to ask where he was, he got irate.

Very pleased with Sargon Isaac’s management of our claim. He was very supportive throughout the whole process and argued successfully on our behalf for the right resolution to our claim. Roofing (Flat)- 15 Apr 2016
An honest builder, came an inspected the roof and advised that not the whole roof needed replacing, only the section that was damaged needs to be replaced (other builders who inspected the roof advised the whole roof would have to be replaced) Quote received within 24 hours and once this was accepted gave me a start date. Email received the day before start date that his team will be on site the next morning. Received photos of the roof before and after, very pleased with the job. I will keep his contact details in my diary, will always approach him first for any building work required in the future.

Dan and his team helped me with a full refurbishment of my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They completely transformed the property and made it almost unrecognisable compared with before, especially considering the timeframe they had. Was great to communicate with throughout and always kept me updated on progress. Whenever anything unexpected came up, he was helpful in finding a solution and getting it sorted without unnecessary delays. The whole team were professional, reliable, hardworking and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail throughout. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Dan and his team to anyone looking for reliable, professional builders. I’ll certainly be working with them again on my next project!
