I hired seasouth builds because not only did he give a really reasonable quote, but he also had knowledge of tiling over retrofit underfloor heating - which other tilers seemed to be really hesitant to work with. The job was done to an excellent standard - he’s a real perfectionist. It did take a bit longer than expected, due to some floor level issues which he didn’t account for when he quoted. I was really worried about the price increasing out of my budget when we started running over time, but I was so grateful to find that he was a really honest guy who stuck to the agreed quote and didn’t try to make it my problem one little bit. He was polite and friendly throughout the whole job, turned up whenever he said he would, and kept in constant contact. Really honest (I happily left him unattended in my property). Customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 would recommend.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 28 May 2026
I recently had a full renovation completed on my 1-bedroom flat by BLG Development Ltd, including full rewiring, new plumbing, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, as well as replacement bathroom window panels. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I’m really happy with the final result. The transformation of the flat has been amazing and the quality of the work has completely changed the space. They also left the property in a clean condition once the work was completed, which I really appreciated, and even kindly left their hoover for me to use for a few days as they knew I wouldn’t have my belongings back immediately. Small gestures like that made a difference. To be completely honest, communication was a bit challenging at times during the process, but despite that, we maintained a good working relationship throughout and any issues were handled professionally. Overall, I’m very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend them for renovation work.

After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.

Dimitry's help has been a god send for me. I have been looking for someone to finish my bathroom which was left half done - it requires tiling, bath panel fitted, wooden skirting to be fitted on the ceiling etc. Dimitry visited my flat on the day that I contacted him to give me a quote. He had a thorough look around the bathroom and gave me a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. He turned up the next day promptly with a colleague and they worked through the bathroom steadily throughout the day. There were few things that could not be finished due to glue setting etc etc but he gave a very good advice as to how to finish those jobs. He completed tiling the bathroom for us which looks AMAZING. There were areas I thought would be tricky but he completed the job to a very high standard. He also built boxes around the pipes which was done very nicely. Essentially, he's done various different jobs requiring different skills and has been reliable. His lack of feedbacks (only had 2 feedback when I hired him) concerned me a little but please don't let that stop you from hiring him for a job - he is AWESOME. I would 100% use him again! THANK YOU :)

I have hired Edmond to do a number of projects around our house related to replacing doors, all with odd/custom sizing. Edmond was able to assist in sourcing the doors at the best prices, as well as prepping and hanging the doors once they arrived, along with fitting hinges and knobs. I'll be sure to hire Edmond again for carpenter work and could recommend him.

Best tradesman i’ve worked with. Chris had a task of remodelling a 1-bed flat to be sold. He was very easy to communicate with and has very reasonable prices.
