Nathan was very responsive from the start and replied to messages quickly. He was also very patient in explaining the work and answering all my questions before the visit. On the day, he was professional, efficient, and able to fix multiple issues around the flat, including the cabinet door, balcony door alignment, and sink plug. Everything was handled smoothly and to a high standard. Really appreciate his help – would definitely use his services again!
