Financial restrictions meant we had to change from an extension to simply improving the existing house. I gave Vlad a call on a friday and his army was ready to start the very next Monday morning. All would have been finished in less than 2 weeks but the unexpected Covid-19 lockdown on 23rd March meant that supplies were harder to get. Very pleased with our brand new house. Good job done on new Electrics, Kitchen, Bathroom and plumbing and he even helped fix our D.I.Y furniture at the end. Will definitely use VM on our next project.

We had a side extension with a utility room, also a new patio. Rodney and Sly were very professional and did a great job. Sly and the team was very friendly, clean and left a high quality finish.When we had issues or scope changes, we had no problem in finding a solution that work for both of us. Definately will be happy to reccomend to others.

Paul is reliable and knows his trade. He can problem solve and is easy to talk to. He fitted our kitchen and flooring , including strip out and disposing of the old one. All done to a high standard, on time and as per quote. Would definitely use again.

Gentjan was a thorough professional and a true gentleman. Quoted competitive price, came exactly on time and did job to very high precision. There were some unexpected issues (due to my bespoke kitchen setup, but he improvised amazingly - thinking out of the box. I cannot recommend him enough. Will definitely use him again.

I can't comment on the work as it never happened. We agreed 2 different dates and times but unfortunately i received no communication to say he wasn't attending or running late. So ultimately i wasted an entire week relying on him.

Bathroom Fitting- 14 Nov 2019
We had our bathroom completely refurbished and Graham the owner was lovely. He came to give us the quote, visited whilst work was being undertaken to make sure everything was okay and came to make sure everything was finished to how we wanted it. The work carried out was of a high standard and whilst the bathroom work was being completed we also ended up getting our kitchen worktops done by Graham’s team. Chris was the one who carried out our work, he was very friendly and checked we were happy with the work he’d done before he left everyday. I would use Graham again for other work needed around the house.

Johnny was very nice to deal with. When there were problems they were quick to find ways to rectify them. They started at short notice& finished on time which I was very impressive. We got a no. of quotes,Johnny was middle of the range but with a better level of service than others. Johnny was very open about when things might cost more &gave us the option if we wanted to proceed. A few things to note: -this was our 1st experience of any building work &we should have remembered they are builders, not designers -we both work long hours &so most days didn't see the team to get an update or brief them. This meant a few things were missed or miscommunicated - while most of the team were lovely the electrician used was horrible to deal with. He got very cross about requested changes, didn't deliver everything requested &just did silly things like putting in a light switch with 2buttons where there was only one Light or hanging lights incredibly low when we had given measurements of where we wanted them - we got Johnny's team to build some extra storage for us which on the whole was fine but some things weren't centred or for example the wine rack they built was wonky Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend them but would suggest be home to oversee the work more than once a week (must be true of any building work!) and get your own electrician. Very happy to talk to people and give references-the house looks great now.
