Avoid this company - they are unreliable. I was let down by them without warning and no reason given. After agreeing a start date and allowing me to spend hundreds of £ on materials, they then ignored messages and calls and effectively stood me up on the job. I am now left with radiators and materials taking up all free space in my sitting room, and a damaged kitchen ceiling. Martin told my boyfriend he was in hospital but the next day he was driving around, so they are dishonest as well as unreliable.

We used Vector Living as they were recommended to us by a friend. We were looking for a company to do our fairly large extension and loft conversion. We were nervous about finding a reputable builder as we had heard horror stories in the past. However, from the very start Ash was highly professional and explained the whole process step by step and put us at ease. He provided us with various options we hadn’t considered with not only saved a bit of money but also time. We did encounter unforeseen issues but this is where Vector Living made the difference, they always found a workable option for us. The process of construction was also smooth, always on time and finished to a very high level. We are extremely happy with Vector Living and would highly recommend them. If we ever decide to do a build again will be using them.

All works completed to a very high standard, we found Arnolda's and his team very helpful, thoughtful and pro-active nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, we are more than happy with AnA's Construction Developments.

Scam. Paid 180 pounds for a balcony balustrade installation. The screws came off after a few weeks- I asked to come and repair them and he never showed up. He even blocked my number. Such a disappointment.

Tom is a very competent builder, who has attention to details. Tom continuously went out of his way to find ways to meet my requirements, Whenever we had atypical challenge during my extension Tom's default position was "let's find a work around." He was creative and efficient in doing so, and most importantly cost effective, as I was running on tight budget. Fantastic experience working with Tom, he estimated the work to complete in 6 weeks, the work was done 5 and a half weeks and handed over. The works speaks of itself, very urban finish with high level of professionalism. I was almost hands off the project due to work travel, and Tom took care of all the aspects without me being involved day to day and micro manage. He is surely being to be big league builder in no time. I would recommend him whole heartedly.

Sam did a great job of repairing and restoring the front of our 1930's mock tudor semi. The job involved replacing and repairing some of the wooden beams, repairing render, repointing and painting. We were really happy with the finish. Sam was really pleasant to deal with, and was open about all costs involved. I would highly recommend Sam.

Ioan done an amazing job on our bathroom refurb changing our bath room into a shower suite. He was able to problem solve and resolve some issues that came up with the original piping, repositioning pipes to provide a quality finish with absolutely no fuss. Turned up early and absolutely grafted until the job was done. We could most certainly sense the passion for his craft, not a corner cut to rush the job, he wanted to get it right, without a doubt. Provided an accurate quote, so no surprises come payment time. Extremely polite and an absolute Top trader. Would not hesitate to rehire!!!
