I knew that converting a downstairs cloakroom and an understairs cupboard into a downstairs cloakroom with a shower unit might be asking the impossible, but Kerry achieved it. Not only that, the outcome exceeded our expectations. Where possible, Kerry used existing fittings, e.g toilet; overcoming the difficulties of working in a confined space with cheerfulness. We now have a comfortable shower/cloakroom, plus some storage space.
