Due to the cost of the project, I went ahead with part of the project with DLC construction and instructed them to replace my old fence, gravel board and posts. We agreed on the price before the job and payment was made on completion. Lufti's Team did excellent job and he was very professional throughout the project and did very good tidying up job.

100% RECOMMENDED Michelle and her partner measured up and competitively quoted within a short space of time. She was then very patient and supportive when unforeseen planning issues popped up and set the start date back by quite some time. Once building started, all questions were promptly answered by either the site manager or Michelle, both being available at all times. I was away for the duration of most of the job and it was very reassuring to know that I was leaving it all in capable and honest hands. The workers were very proficient and tidied up after themselves at end of each day. They also put in some very long hours at times to hasten the work. I was also impressed by the handling of unexpected problems during the building (mainly invasive tree stumps!). I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. High quality workmanship and a beautiful building which I am sure will last many years. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt.

When Mr Nesimi came to undertake a pre-assessment for my front wall, he came across very professional and genuine and very honest about the work needed doing. He even suggested some changes to the work to reduce cost. The quote he gave me for the job was very reasonable and he was able to slot in my job within a week and arrive sharp on time at 8am and got on to the job straight away as I had a busy day at work for me to attend to. I notice that right from the start he was very clean and meticulous with the work and his job was of a very high quality ( compared to a job I had done by another builder 9 months ago). My neighbours also noticed this difference and were praising Mr Nesimi’s work. I would definitely recommend Mr Nesimi for any construction work as I felt he was very professional, reliable and honest and most of all the work was of high quality. I will be certainly calling him for my next job, most likely the driveway resurfacing and the attic conversion within the next year.

Paul has worked on a couple of projects for us, most recently building a new porch. We are extremely pleased with it. Paul's bricklaying is flawless and impressively quick. His experience is understated and his modesty will hide how broad his skills are and the extent of the projects he can take on - we are planning several other renovation and extension projects and we will go nowhere else. Also, he's a bloody good bloke.

The job went extremely well. The new water pipe was installed by a well organised team who knew their jobs. All required holes dug out were filled in properly afterwards and the block paving areas reset as new. The complete area was left clean and tidy. A great job well done. Thanks KCS.

This is a review for the visit and quote I received from Gentjan as I did not go ahead with the job as planned. He came around to visit my flat and was very professional yet friendly and gave some good ideas to how the project could happen and provided a good quote for the job. Unfortunately, we have now decided to change furniture instead of doing the structural works we were planning to but I will be looking to working with Gentjan in the future!
