Building a 2 storey rear extension and hired Jamal to do the Block work. Initial ground storey heavy Hollow block walls for the 3 x 3m extension completed in only 3.5 days by Jamal himself with no extra help. Hardworking young guy. I was nearly bedbound with sciatica and in great pain and he immediately offered to source and buy on my behalf extra blocks required to relieve further stress on me. Very helpful, reasonable and understanding. Explained anything I asked him diligently. Knows his job and I will be calling him back when I have the money to complete the block work for the 2nd storey.

From start to finish, Steve approached the job with a high level of expertise and care. He took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and installed to the highest standard. We did a lot of research ahead of our loft build, and spoke to customers of the companies we looked at. We were impressed with Toma and her team from the outset, especially in terms of clarity and communication. We sat down with the project team at the start and walked through the week-by-week plan for our build, then a whatsapp group and weekly meets meant we knew exactly what was happening throughout. Our endless questions were responded to swiftly. Additional optional trade-ups (eg top-hung windows, larger bathroom window etc) were discussed and explained with context, sound advice (and clear pricing where nec) but always still optional. Toma's communication with the teams also seemed strong and continuous, with materials always arriving in time and ahead of when needed, no down-days etc - and importantly, the teams all seemed happy and were just lovely people to have around. I realise with hindsight too that the team's care and workmanship really put them a cut above many others in my area and the project remained on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICS for the whole package and in fact we've also chosen to use them again for a kitchen extension.

Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! After and before pics included!

Victor (Vica) laid some engineered oak wood flooring for us in a house that we bought at the end of 2013. The house needed lots of work doing and the new flooring was just one of the many jobs undertaken by Victor and carried out to a very high standard for us. He always paid attention to detail, ensured that the flooring was level and that the new skirting board fitted flush to the floorboards. He was also always able to provide a solution to any problems encountered during the renovation works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victor as he takes the same pride in his work for others as if he was carrying out work in his own home.

Jack built a brick buttress to structurally support my garden wall. Originally I was going to rebuild the entire wall, but Jack’s advice to build a buttress saved me a lot of money! The job was done quickly, affordably and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.
