I had a great experience hiring Victor & Co. They built a Rear Garden Extension in my house with excellent standards and finishing. Also they have done everything on time, which I know is quite difficult. I met Victor, the director of the project, every week to discuss the progress and any alterations to the original plans. He was great at explaining all the options and delivering the work. All the builders were very polite and you could see that they were very well organised with all the tools and building materials they brought to the house. When there were minor delays they were happy to come on weekends to catch up with the programmed finishing time. For the level of noise you could expect a building site can generate they were incredibly quiet. Last and not least, the quote I have from them was one of the most competitive ones I found in the market, so I can definitely recommend this company to anybody that is planning a big project.

Venta Construction have been most helpful, after refurbishing a building consisting of 8 floors we unfortunately experienced some works that were less then satisfactory. Venta saved the day and delivered high quality works and solutions for the floors that needed a lot of attention to detail and helped us to obtain a high spec which we hoped for. Venta went above and beyond to help us with a great 'can do' attitude and professionalism. It has been great working with a company with wide product knowledge and were able to install our chosen products correctly. Care was given to all areas before and after all tasks which helped tremendously. Project Management and all workers gave more then 100%, I am very happy working with Venta and will use them again for any future works. Pier and team were very reliable, trusting and a pleasure to have in the building.

Outstanding. My perspective on the work assessment, process and completion could not be more positive. A wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated electricians. Highly professional in their work, always aiming to get the highest quality result. Communication was excellent - emails and telephone calls returned promptly and those working in my property were able to explain the issues, process and outcomes in language I could understand without the use of too much technical jargon, which would've left me feeling anxious. Certificates were completed and sent as soon as the job had been completed and the works were finished within the estimated time frame thanks to their dedication to their task. My property was kept tidy with minimal intrusive work and my opinion was sought when there was an option of how to proceed with a task if it required intervention that would affect the decoration of the room. These interventions have been minor and are easily touched up and most importantly I have fully functioning and safe electrics in my property.

Drew and his team were extremely professional and all the finishings were to a very high standard. As with every project (particularly refurbs) there were a few unexpected additional costs, but Drew was always very upfront about what the situation was and helpful in explaining the different options/tradeoffs/costs for solving the issue. There were a few snags at the end which Drew and team came back to fix free of charge. Overall extremely happy with the service.

Highly recommend!! Tomasz and his team were very professional, hardworking, clean, tidy and reliable from day one! The quote was put together professionally and all the costs were transparent, any changes or additions on my part were always discussed and agreed. I felt that my property was in safe hands with Tomasz, which allowed me to take a step back. He and his team, did a fantastic job on plastering my walls, patching up huge holes in my ceiling and suggesting beautiful stylish colours for my walls. They also did a great job in making and fitting my new banister and skirting boards in the living room. If you are looking for a serious hardworking team, I would suggest you get these guys in.

I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.

Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.

Had three quotes for a base for a garden shed, Toma was the cheapest by far. We arranged a day for the work to be done, bit apprehensive because I never knew anything about the company. Mr Toma and two others turned up, what lovely people they were, especially Mr Toma, the job was highly professional, everything was tidied up. Would I use them again.........100%. I would highly recommend them.

Dimitry's help has been a god send for me. I have been looking for someone to finish my bathroom which was left half done - it requires tiling, bath panel fitted, wooden skirting to be fitted on the ceiling etc. Dimitry visited my flat on the day that I contacted him to give me a quote. He had a thorough look around the bathroom and gave me a VERY REASONABLE QUOTE. He turned up the next day promptly with a colleague and they worked through the bathroom steadily throughout the day. There were few things that could not be finished due to glue setting etc etc but he gave a very good advice as to how to finish those jobs. He completed tiling the bathroom for us which looks AMAZING. There were areas I thought would be tricky but he completed the job to a very high standard. He also built boxes around the pipes which was done very nicely. Essentially, he's done various different jobs requiring different skills and has been reliable. His lack of feedbacks (only had 2 feedback when I hired him) concerned me a little but please don't let that stop you from hiring him for a job - he is AWESOME. I would 100% use him again!
