Very impressed with the work Deyan completed for me. All the things that should be an automatic of paid work like being punctual, sticking to agreed dates, quoting accurately, not leaving messes, etc were all 100%. The extra bits of providing expert opinion and doing a thorough consultation, plus advising on future proofing my design and materials was above my expectations. He even helped repair something from a previous builder, knowing it meant the job would take longer. Extremely happy with standard of finish work and the end product - many thanks.

Orgert Myrta and his highly skilled team did an exceptional job renovating our Victorian terrace house in under 8 weeks. On meeting Orgert, his warm, friendly and professional manner was reassuring. I immediately thought he was someone I could work with. His initial assessment of our house, he advised on best possible solutions to achieve our aims within budget. He invited me to visit the homes of his recent previous clients & obtain their feedback, which I did. Visiting two clients, they both spoke highly of Orgert & his team, sharing their positive experience and how Orgert has since completed work on their neighbours homes & family members homes too. Judging by the quality of work completed in both client's properties, I knew Orgert was the right builder for me. Responsive & prompt throughout, good communication, providing weekly status updates, even advising on where to source great deals on second fitting items saving us money. To say we are pleased with how well the project has gone & level of workmanship is an understatement! We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

I am very pleased with the work Josh and his team did in building my rear extension. They were a friendly and hard working bunch and very respectful of my space. Josh did a great job in project managing the work and making sure things were progressing as planned. Any snagging items were dealt with promptly. I would hire them again if required and recommend them to anyone who wanted to have building work done.

Enzo and his dad were great, really responsive when communicating with and ran everything by us. The bathroom looks amazing and all works well so really happy! We had a little bit of an issue with the tiling we ended up choosing and what had been quoted for but we both probably should have made sure we had a more detailed written quote as the one was a bit vague. Would highly recommend!

James did a wonderful job done and made the arrangements simple and straight forward. Thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, not a spec of garden soil left behind on the driveway. Ground levelled and ecobase laid in preparation for a shed.
