Very disappointing experience now resulting in legal action to get our money back. We previously used MAD UK for several renovation projects and had been happy with their work, so we trusted them with our windows. We paid £3,519 upfront in May 2026. After lengthy delays and being told the windows had arrived incorrectly, we requested a refund in August. Since then, we have been given repeated excuses and promised refund dates, none of which have been met. We have now been waiting around 8 weeks for our money, with the latest excuse being that their supplier hasn’t refunded them. We have since contacted the supplier ourselves and been given information that contradicts this and had this been true, this issue is between MAD UK and their supplier. We are now having to take legal action to recover our money. Extremely disappointing after previously trusting and recommending this company.
