Sam did a great job of repairing and restoring the front of our 1930's mock tudor semi. The job involved replacing and repairing some of the wooden beams, repairing render, repointing and painting. We were really happy with the finish. Sam was really pleasant to deal with, and was open about all costs involved. I would highly recommend Sam.

I requested quotes from 10+ builders, regardless of their price I already knew I was going with KHbuilder as instantly they seemed genuine & trustworthy! Hasan never changed his price during the project which is a fear many have during a build, he has a great team, friendly and always courteous. His workmanship is very good, therefore he is now also doing my patio and garage, he has great suggestions and contacts which has saved us money. His attention to detail and reliability really does shine through, our neighbor is now also doing the exact same 4 meter extension with a new kitchen move, the fibre glass roof and the bifolds all starting to take shape and look fantastic, just search for KHBuilder on instagram where they have posted the progress so far of all the work being done! We will genuinely miss all the guys being around. A very rare find in the building trade!! Thanks KH Builder...

Very impressed with the work Deyan completed for me. All the things that should be an automatic of paid work like being punctual, sticking to agreed dates, quoting accurately, not leaving messes, etc were all 100%. The extra bits of providing expert opinion and doing a thorough consultation, plus advising on future proofing my design and materials was above my expectations. He even helped repair something from a previous builder, knowing it meant the job would take longer. Extremely happy with standard of finish work and the end product - many thanks.

We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica

Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.

I hired Robert to remove a radiator and do a boiler service. Rob did a good job and was punctual. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would hire him again.
