I recommend Swift Home Solutions without reservation. Throughout the job they have kept me fully informed and have always found time to discuss the work. The quote was extremely reasonable, the work completed to a very high standard indeed and the area was tidied fully on completion. They both worked diligently, were friendly and approachable at all times and nothing was too much bother. I will certainly employ them again because I don't see why I should risk going elsewhere when I know they will do an excellent job. 10 out of 10

We are extremely pleased with the work that Alan Evans and his team have done on our property in Cornwall. No job was too big or small and we ended up asking them to do a lot more work for us because of the high quality of their work. They did all our exterior and exterior paintwork plus electrical fittings, new decking, work on the roof, kitchen and bathrooms, even putting up furniture which meant that we didn't have to hire additional tradesmen. Alan is a very honest person and we were not overcharged for the work. Having seen the finished job, our neighbours have now also contracted them to work on their property. I definitely recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After a year of excuses on what should have been an 8 week job they have walked away from the project without completing and what they did do I coukd have done better myself. They have left the house in a dangerous state, with half a rewire done and no building res for walls that were removed and we are having to file with small claims court to try and get some money back. Communication and customer service was brilliant until after the money was handed over. Save yourself thousands and do not employ this business!!

Totally wasted our time. Accepted the quote and were advised they couldn’t start for a month. We had to chase Matt for a start date which was finally agreed. Night before, no contact so texted at 8pm to ask what time they would arrive. Text back with no apology but said the current job had overrun so wouldn’t be starting until Monday. Very annoyed as we had arranged work around this so one of us could be at home and he clearly wasn't going to let us know this until we chased him up! The Monday was a Bank Holiday so didn’t expect them until the Tuesday (although they didn't say this!). Texted on Monday evening as again no contact and he didn’t even bother to respond this time. Rang on the Tuesday and obviously blocked number as straight to voicemail. Waited a month for the work to be done and then he just didn’t bother turning up or have the courtesy to let us know he obviously wasn’t going to do the job. Don’t understand the motivation here at all to agree to a job and then just not do it. If you don’t want the job don’t accept it! Avoid at all costs!
