Delighted with Kornii & team’s work. They were professional, punctual, tidy and reliable, and I would definitely use them again. They were also competitive with pricing. Kornii and team renovated the external facade front and back of our house, dealing with rogue piping and cables, cracks etc. Did a really good job of colour matching the paint needed. Also fixed an issue on the roof. Inside they made and put up shelves in a number of places, re-sealed and regrouted a few bathrooms, fixed ceiling water marks and various cracks etc internally.

Alin and his company has done long term work for us for the last 5 years. We are developers and they have done high spec work for us in South Ken and Chelsea, working on high end flats. They have done all sorts of jobs for us - stripping down to bare carcass, electrics, plumbing, fitting, decorating - the whole project, from start to finish. We choose Alin and his team because they are professional and have a very can-do attitude. The biggest reason we get them back is because they are solution finders and are multi skilled. We're happy to review Natanael’s work on, and management of, our 3-bed home renovation. This included: removing a wall, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, new bathrooms, installing wetroom, replacing piping, wiring, installing wood floors. All to a high standard; we had absolutely no cause for concern. The finish is excellent – plastering, painting, tiling and floors are immaculate. The wetroom is spectacular, with recessed tiled shelves and aesthetically perfect tiling which drains perfectly; Natanael helped us a lot to plan and design this. His experience is evident from good advice he gave and we appreciated his flexibility in accommodating our evolving plans. Natanael made sure that everything was just as we wanted, and regularly discussed progress and decisions. It is notable that Natanael worked to the budget and the timescale planned. He did this by organising and supervising his excellent team and working tirelessly. He is exceptionally hard-working. We hugely appreciated that he respected that we lived in the house at the time and cleared up daily. On a personal level we really valued having someone genuinely reliable, honest and meticulous. We hadn’t used MyBuilder before so it was a big decision to do so for such a big project. For that reason, we want to share that we had an extremely good experience, chose someone who had excellent reviews and more than lived up to it. It would be difficult to overstate how delighted we are with Natanael’s work.

Highly recommended. Parkway Maintenance and Construction did an excellent job on my kitchen refit. Steve provided a thorough and detailed options, plans and quotes. He did exacty what he said he wouldconsulting me throughout as work progressed. The work has been completed to a high standard and he site left spotlessly clean and tidy. The rate for the job was extrememly fair and I feel very lucky to have found Parkway Maintenace through this site.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.
