Patrick and his gang have a competitive quote for the work described and we hired him on that basis. As soon as we hired him he stated he had underquoted and asked if we could possibly pay a bit more. We were a bit surprised but we agreed provided we would get a good job. The job went ahead and it was completed to nothing more than a reasonable standard. The fencing was excellent but the flagging left a lot to be desired for supposed groundworkers. We did pay Patrick in full but it was only when it rained we realised our mistake. Water gathered all down the side return of the property in a large pool. We contacted Patrick and he came back to look. He then agreed to fix the area he felt responsible for but not what he was actually responsible for. Again we accepted and he promised he would be in touch. Of course we never heard from him for some time until he finally contacted us to say it would be better if we found someone & he would give us £100 towards the materials. We had no choice. We have now finally had it fixed and Patrick has gone missing. No contact, no £100 and no repair. I wouldn't recommend these groundworkers.

All of the team were great - they turned up when they said they would, and simply got on with their work, They were all polite, friendly, helpful, conscientious, and made several suggestions to improve the finished work. They frequently checked on details with us as the work progressed to ensure that we was satisfied and our needs were met, we was extremely impressed with how they understood & handled our neighbours, will definitely use again in future projects!
