We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

Costa built up a wall in my garden that was not level. He was very helpful from start to finish. Provided a very reasonable quote and went beyond what was included to help me with some mistakes I had made in materials ordered etc. The job itself was perfect, Costa is a perfectionist and the quality of work was brilliant. He also cleaned the area afterward and left no mess. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Costa, and use him again for any jobs I may need.

DPS were superb from start to finish. They were hired to build a single storey rear extension in North London including a new kitchen and bathroom fit. I met Ralph on site along with a number of other builders, Ralph was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained what was required with practical solutions. DPS clearly scoped out the timeline and cost for each stage of the build and kept to this. They completed several agreed extras throughout the job. Communication with Ralph and the whole DPS team was first class throughout. I own a number of rental properties and can comfortably say DPS are the best builders I've dealt with, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they will be my first port of call for future work.
