Neil converted the interior of an old brick outhouse for me into a storeroom for my garden materials. He is careful in his work, didn't rush and did a high quality job. I am very happy with the result and delighted with my new storeroom. Neil is very reliable, conscientious, pleasant and polite. I would definitely use his services again.

Janos was fantastic - he did the panelling for 2 of our rooms with such precision and high level of quality. We appreciate that he showed us the outlines and ran through small details before securing the panelling to the wall to check we were happy with it first. He also did a great job of fitting the herringbone flooring and building a custom shelving unit around our fridge (matching our design exactly) with doors running smoothly. Everything kept clean, high quality work and great comms.

Paul and Gordon were excellent. All the work they did was completed earlier than I expected and to a very good standard. They turned up at the time advised everyday and got all work completed in a very clean and tidy fashion. I would like to praise and thank Gordon for the last day of the work as he spent longer than he expected at the house to ensure all the finer details were completed and looked good. Thanks Gordon! Paul was excellent during the quotation. Very clear in what he would do and also how he would do it. Gave me some good advice as to the best way of completing the conversion. Very reasonable quotation and very happy with the end result. I would certainly hire again should I need any further building work completed. Thanks Paul and Gordon!!

Valentin, Dan and Chris did a great job turning an old wooden shed into a beautiful teenage den / home office. They stripped the shed down to the original wooden frame, replaced the roof and cladding, subdivided the internal space into two rooms and a small shower room. The job was reasonably priced though there was a little scope creep much of it due to additions to the original specification that resulted in an increase in price. With hindsight we should have made sure we kept track of additional work. They were friendly, tidy and considerate in the work and the dog loved having them around. They were professional and hardworking and we were pleased with the final result which was excellent value for money. We would recommend Valentin and his team and will have them back to do more work for us.

I wouldn't recommend Marjan. Although he was a friendly guy there were several things I didn't like. 1) He was not punctual - I later found out that he took on another job. 2) He did not workaround my requirements e.g. he would start the self levelling when the kids would come from school. This meant one afternoon my kids had to spend 3 hours in the garden whilst the self levelling dried. 3) He was not adaptable - he seemed reluctant to do extra work I.e. doing the voltage check on the electric mat so you know it's ok before you lay it down with self levelling. It would have taken 2 minutes. 4) It felt as though he rushed the job and in places the finish is not great, simply because he did not wait for the self levelling or glue to dry. 5) The glue has dried over the LVT and he never cleaned this up. Positives: 1) He trimmed the doors and other wooden panels. 2) Initially he did come back to rectify the poor finish. But I'm noticing more areas now, which he has not fixed

The Job was to extend the rear of the house on the ground floor, open up the kitchen and reception room into one open plan living area, to refresh the rest of the house which included new plaster skim, doors and frames and to fit new bathrooms and kitchen as well as an rewire on the whole house and the construction of a retaining wall in the garden to accommodate the extension. Florins team were excellent from start to finish, the whole project was completed in record time to a very high standard. The 10 weeks turnaround was incredible, we were very happy that Florin was always here at the property or on the end of the phone throughout the process, his professional advice and smart ideas made for a smooth transition from room to room. The team were very hard working, polite and knowledgeable, these guys worked very hard and very quickly which was amazing to see and I was very grateful we were able to move into the property earlier than planned which even saved us money on the temporary accommodation we had! Can’t thank you enough Florin, any small issues we had were dealt with quickly and smoothly, I love the house, the level of work and would 100% use Florin and his team on my next project!
