Ray was very engaging and provided a quote which was up to half the cost of some of the other quotes given. Whilst there is always a concern that "You get what you pay for", the work (digging out and fitting a drainage channel) was done in one day to a good standard and Ray was on time and cracked on with minimum fuss. Recommended.
