I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

I would highly recommend Steve. He's completely refurbished our bathroom, taking it back to the bare bones and remodeling it from scratch. The quality of his work is incredible. His eye for detail perfect. His patience for our exacting requirements endless. He's been great at communicating with us throughout the whole process. He's reliable, honest and efficient. We hired Build2Finish (Andy Kerik) to work in a renovation project in our recently bought house. Due to time constraints we could not project manage the works and we were looking for a Principal Contractor that could help us on that front as well. We interviewed a few contractors and we were impressed by Andy’s professionalism and approach to the works. After all formalities and due diligence were done, Andy was able to deploy a team in less than 4 days. As the works started, we suddenly realised there was a lot more to do than originally intended. Unexpected things happened (structural slab at hallway cracked, all ground floor joists were rotten, unexpected levels of rising damp, etc.) and the small job grew quite a lot. At each new milestone, Andy was always reassuring and helped us to stay on top of the works and budget as much as possible. I could go at lengths about each and every element of the job, but maybe is better to say that the works were finished on time and as much in budget as possible taking into account how much more we decided to do along the way (more built in cabinets, underfloor heating, etc.). As with every construction project there were highs and lows. Andy was always extremely professional and was able to manage his sub-contractors and defuse situations that could have made the project take longer and the budget to go out of control. I cannot recommend Andy enough and I am sure his business will continue to grow, so book him with time!

I hired Tim for a big job to replace a damaged bathroom floor due to a leak. The damaged expanded to outside the bathroom and was quite involved. Tim did an amazing job, not only did he sort out the problem but he found clever solutions which other builders did not think of. Tim is reliable, honest and always ready to help. Would use again 100%.

Florin and his brother did a great job on my spare room. Neat, tidy, easy to communicate with and completed additional work to remove trunking and drill electrics into the wall. Very good qualify plastering/painting to transform the room after knocking down old built in wall/cupboard. They also fitted a new toilet, levelled and laid floor in toilet and repainted. I’ve booked them in to come back and do more work as a result on main bedroom office and kitchen!

To say Nick is just a kitchen fitter isn’t doing his work justice, he’s a fantastic project manager and craftsmen as well. When we first met Nick he took 2 hours of his time running through all the options which was when we realised we were actually quite clueless! Although we hadn’t hired him at this point his advice was invaluable. We assumed this would mean Nick’s professionalism would mean he would be very expensive, this was not the case and he was actually a little cheaper than the other parties who quoted. Once Nick started it became apparent that he and his assistant Chow to great pride in their work and worked hard to get the job finished as quickly as possible to the highest standard. They left the site spotless at the end of each day. The result is a fantastic kitchen and flooring which we are extremely happy with. We are already thinking about the next renovation piece in our home and would love to use Nick again. Thanks Nick! Niall & Hannah

AP General Builders completed several jobs for us; including tiling, repairing wall cracks and painting. They were quick to respond and were able to fit us in quickly. They were very professional and we are really happy with the results. We also appreciated the time they took to explain the process and to take into account using products that were child friendly etc. Would definitely use them again and will be recommending to friends.

Excellent work with the garden office/gym. Finished really nicely and exactly what we were looking for. Took quite a while but well worth the wait. We requested a labour quote and worked with Alf on a receipts basis for material and other costs. This worked out perfectly for us both. Alf's initial estimate of the materials cost was virtually spot on, which is very impressive given the inflation rate for building materials. Thanks again for all your hard work!
