We used Stuart to carry out some alterations to our kitchen, convert our garage & construct a link between the two. From the moment Stuart quoted us for the work I was struck by how diligent he was, coming back to discuss his quote & being very clear in everything he had included & equally anything that wasn't. We were delighted that his diligence & care extended throughout the project & to the work that he did, he clearly cared that everything was done correctly, as if it were his own home. He put thought into everything he did & the sequencing of the work, making sure there was as little disruption to us as was possible. He also communicated to us throughout about his plan and any issues he encountered. We are thrilled with the end result, Stuarts work is of a high standard & competitively priced too, I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I contacted Marius because he had good reviews and wanted someone reliable and capable so design a single story extension with large external and internal bifold doors. I wasn’t disappointed - Marius has been excellent throughout the whole design process and produced drawings to a high standard which met our requirements. Marius was an excellent communicator and always available to give advice when required. Further more, he went out of his way to contact local authorities regarding any questions I had at no extra cost to clarify any uncertainties. I would highly recommend his architectural services - he was good value and very professional.

Nathan was very responsive from the start and replied to messages quickly. He was also very patient in explaining the work and answering all my questions before the visit. On the day, he was professional, efficient, and able to fix multiple issues around the flat, including the cabinet door, balcony door alignment, and sink plug. Everything was handled smoothly and to a high standard. Really appreciate his help – would definitely use his services again!

In October 2018, I asked Michael to do a rear part single storey part double storey extension. Michael completed the job mid January 2019, which also included relaying the patio, fitting a pre-bought kitchen and building a new porch. Michael, Bill (the electrician) and the rest of the team have done an excellent job transforming our home into something so much more than it was. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his knowledge, and appreciated the advice he gave us which showed his experience. The electrician also was able to successfully rewire our home to bring up to the required standards and was willing to work on weekends to get the job done (that was partly our fault, sorry!). Any issues and disputes, of which there were very few mind you, were dealt with promptly and properly. All in all, if you're looking for a trustworthy, high quality builder in the Hitchin/Letchworth area then do get in touch with Michael. Thanks again for the excellent work! The job was to build an 8 meter long x 1.4m high cantilever holo block retaining wall. I couldn't speak more highly of Paul and team. He was very professional and engaging on his initial visit. We had structural engineers drawings, which were provided. The quote he supplied exactly matched the engineers spec's and the points we discussed on his visit. It was reassuring to know they spec had been reviewed and would be followed. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Paul and team were always on site at the same time and working long days to get the job done. Everything was done properly and to spec (in fact some aspects above the spec the structural engineer provided). Our property was always respected and left clear and tidy every single day. We're extremely happy with the end result. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Paul. Thanks again

Marius, Raz and their team removed and disposed our existing concrete base and created a new 8x12ft concrete base at a different part of the garden. As agreed they also came back to install our new shed when the base was set. Their quote was reasonable and they worked very hard. I truly appreciate that the team did the work happily without complaining even though they had to move heavy materials back and forth to the bottom of our long 400ft garden which is even on a slope. Marius and Raz were very patient in explaining things when I had concerns and also made amends to our satisfaction. They maintained a friendly spirit throughout their time in our house. They cleared the debris and waste and made sure we were happy at the end of the job. If you get a quote from them or bump into their profile, go ahead and book them straightaway! Highly recommended.
