The build started in March and went well at first . When he first quoted for the job he told me they were a small family firm who did everything . This turned out to be untrue . They did not have an electrician and the plumber was very part time . It turned out to be very difficult for them to get an electrician and this caused many delays throughout the build. The firm is actually two people who have building experience and a number of trainees, on some occasions the trainees were left on site unsupervised and that is worrying .Many of the problems that came later were as a result of trainees being left unsupervised The builder does not listen to customers. I told him I did not want unsupervised trainees doing my plastering but I was ignored , the result is many areas of very poor uneven rough and pitted plastering , some plaster even came away from the wall , and in total 6 walls had to be completely re-plastered. The joke is the main builder claims to be a fully trained plasterer , if this is the quality he gives customers his standards are not high , there was no quality control , little supervision , no apology , no respect for my wishes. It took 3 months after he left site to get him to finish my underfloor heating , some guttering was also unfinished, what could have been a good job was spoilt by poor attention to detail that has cost me a lot of my time & hundreds of pounds to put right , also the stress and mess going back to redo previously finished rooms .

We were aware of Sam and Rob's quality after seeing the work at a rented apartment and were happy to take them on for our own job as a result. Following a full house rewire in a Victorian property with lath and lime plaster walls and ceilings we needed a lot of filling and making good. The standard of the work, including the replacing of two ceilings all while keeping the original coving intact, has been excellent throughout. Sam refused to leave any given area without it meeting his very high quality bar. The guys worked closely with the electricians and plasterers during the job, ensuring they were all on the same page and as efficient as possible. I couldn't recommend SOH more, and all being well we'll be working with them again in future.

Highly Recommended, Phil gave us a very detailed quote of the work involved and materials he was using, and along with Kyle replaced our garage roof, utility extension and porch canopy with a GRP fibreglass roof as well as new fascias . It was a complicated job. Phil was very professional and the job was completed without any disturbance to us. He also replaced a Velux window in our shower room and capped our roof perlins with upvc. He is a skilled craftsman and we were never in any doubt that we would be very satisfied with the end result. We had a number of quotes for the job and we opted for Roofcraft without any hesitation. Thanks Phil, we are very satisfied with the job.,

A great job delivered by Andy and all the team. We found all the guys really helpful and a pleasure to have around during the time taken to build our extension. A high standard of work was completed in good time with excellent communication through-out. All appointments were kept and I was kept informed of any problems/extra charges and the progress being made. The price charged was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the vast improvement to my property which should now be much easier to sell. The job included plastering (walls and ceilings), decorating, replacing carpets, removing gas fire/surround, servicing and boxing in the boiler, re-cabling the tv aerial,extra electrical sockets, removing old pipes/cupboard, fitting new alarm and exterior painting. All in all an excellent job has been completed and I have no hesitation in recommending DJC Property Maintenance to friends and have already arranged for them to paint my new house.

Patio Extension. Ryan was professional and accommodating at all times - as was Jack. Some minor modification of the quote was made but this fairly reflected additional work undertaken not covered in the scope of my original plan. Very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend him (them).

Chris over saw my ground floor renovation at my home. He was approachable, responsive and immensely helpful throughout. He was reassuring through all the inevitable minor problems that pop up through a large project and he had a great working relationship with his builder. He passed on discounts via his trade links and was able to suggest a variety of sources to get materials, fixtures and fittings. In a large build not everything goes smoothly and even when we did hit a few rough patches Chris remained responsive and reassuring. Overall I am very glad that he managed my project. Many thanks.
