I also have a group of trades men behind me meaning I can do jobs from start to finish if the customer wants. We appointed Max to carry out remedial works on over 200 fire doors across our block of flats, and we were very pleased with the service provided. The team was well organised, professional, and clearly experienced in fire safety compliance. The work was carried out efficiently with minimal disruption to residents, and communication throughout the project was excellent. Any issues identified were explained clearly, and solutions were implemented promptly and to a high standard.

Engaged Tom’s Carpentry to do our single garage conversion. Could not be happier with the job. The standard of workmanship is extremely high. It was completed within the timescale Tom originally indicated. Tom was on site every day and was extremely punctual. The other trades Tom engaged to support him were also great workers who did their bits (electrician for example) to a great standard. All very hard working and very pleasant people too. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom’s Carpentry for any job large or small.

Andrew completed this job to a very high standard. There were a lot of extra bricks which had to be replaced (due to the age of the building). Andrew overcame this problem very easily. He cleaned up all his mess and we are very happy with the work carried out. We would recommend him for any brickwork jobs. Great job, thanks Andrew!

Nick & team worked hard and got the job done in the three days as quoted. Nick drove across Weymouth and Dorchester to find shingle which matched the existing. Finished job was exactly as I planned it. Good email Comms from Nick leading up to the job always responding the next evening. Quote was competitive.

We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.

I received a quote and accepted it. We had a problem with the originally planned date and Nathan said he'd let us know a new date in a few days. We've not heard a word for 2 weeks and Nathan refuses to answer texts or phone calls. Highly unprofessional and disappointing! I've decided to hire tools and do the job myself as I can't wait any longer.
