I would definitely recommend Paul. He turned up when he said he would and did a really good job. He also provided me with ideas on what he thought would work well. He was able to do the groundwork and construct a wooden platform for the hot tub to sit on so I didn’t need to hire a separate carpenter.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 5 Aug 2021
Paul removed our old asbestos garage roof and replaced with a metal roof and felt lining. He also replaced an old timber window with a pvc window, and the metal up and over garage door with a upvc door and pvc cladding. Paul’s workmanship was first class and he provided best solutions throughout. He is a very professional person, with a likeable personality, and in this day of not knowing who to use and what quality to expect, it was refreshing and satisfying that we had picked Paul to do the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robinson Construction and would definitely ask him if we needed any further work done.

Vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of conservation and restoration with relevant masonry experience. Some of the projects I've been involved in included Wellington Monument and, much more recently, the new Cloister building at Exeter Cathedral. SMSTS qualified with small/medium size projects running experience. I work hard and I have a strong work ethic. At the moment I'm only looking for small weekend work. I will available for full time projects in 2/3 months time.

James used a common sense, efficient approach to my building work. An experienced installer of fire regs compliant construction, he put my mind at rest throughout and helped be navigate the complexity of this process. He was tidy and kind and as a result of his expertise & craftsmanship, I’m pleased to say that the Building Control inspector passed the works. A great result! I’d highly recommend James.

Conversions - General- 13 Nov 2024
August 2024: Jeremy Mills took £3,200, made our home unsafe by removing a load bearing wall and disappeared without a trace. DO NOT HIRE! He was hired for a bathroom extension. We are expecting our second child in January 2025 we needed the bathroom. Jerry has extorted us for money, whilst working a day a week and not doing the work we asked him too. Instead he removed a wall that was structurally needed. He is incompetent, over promise and not deliver. He says he had a team of experts but it is just him. He is a brick layer yet he promises plumbing and electrical work. He falsely advertising 30 years experience but he has none. The "contract " he gives is worthless. He does not give an invoice. He disappeared with our money, blocked our numbers. We are left in an unsafe house with no bathroom, no bedroom and no money
