On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

We hired Build2Finish (Andy Kerik) to work in a renovation project in our recently bought house. Due to time constraints we could not project manage the works and we were looking for a Principal Contractor that could help us on that front as well. We interviewed a few contractors and we were impressed by Andy’s professionalism and approach to the works. After all formalities and due diligence were done, Andy was able to deploy a team in less than 4 days. As the works started, we suddenly realised there was a lot more to do than originally intended. Unexpected things happened (structural slab at hallway cracked, all ground floor joists were rotten, unexpected levels of rising damp, etc.) and the small job grew quite a lot. At each new milestone, Andy was always reassuring and helped us to stay on top of the works and budget as much as possible. I could go at lengths about each and every element of the job, but maybe is better to say that the works were finished on time and as much in budget as possible taking into account how much more we decided to do along the way (more built in cabinets, underfloor heating, etc.). As with every construction project there were highs and lows. Andy was always extremely professional and was able to manage his sub-contractors and defuse situations that could have made the project take longer and the budget to go out of control. I cannot recommend Andy enough and I am sure his business will continue to grow, so book him with time!

The team were truly amazing. They installed the flooring in four rooms and a hallway. One of the rooms was an osteopathic clinic room where I needed Cap and Cove Flooring. The floor was perfectly levelled. The installation was smooth, and the finish was so professional and clean, beyond my expectations. The team was very clean. They kept the whole property clean and pristine throughout. The team were very kind people. It was a pleasure for them to have done their work on my premises. I would 100% recommend them anytime.

Absolutely blown away with the transformation of my small garden! From start to finish, the team were professional, hardworking, and paid incredible attention to detail. The new fencing has completely changed the look and privacy of the space — solid, perfectly aligned, and finished to a really high standard. The paving work is equally impressive. What was once a tired and uneven area has now been transformed into a modern, clean, and stylish outdoor space that I now can actually enjoy and use properly. The finish was outstanding and everything was left spotless afterwards. Communication throughout the project was excellent, timelines were met, and the quality of workmanship really speaks for itself. We’ve already had so many compliments from neighbours and visitors. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A fantastic job from start to finish and all this was achieved in only 2 days!!
