LGC Decorators completed the re-decoration throughout my 5 bedroom property. The guys were on time and very reliable. I didn't have any issue with their time-keeping. They did their best to keep the place clean and tidy ensuring to clear up after themselves. The quality of their work is to a high specification, I would absolutely use them again for any future painting work. Property Fellas refurbished a 2 bedroom flat which included replacing the kitchen and painting throughout. Most of the work was carried out by Marios Katsiris, while his brother Agi Katsiris managed the business side. Property Fellas is a relatively new company, but Agi and Marios ran several other companies before. The work was carried out to a high standard and the project was completed within the agreed timescale of 3 weeks, and within budget. I found Property Partners pleasant to deal with. Agi was quick in responding to any questions and Marios completed the work to a high standard and was proactive in suggesting solutions to problems and minor changes during the works. Overall, I am very pleased with the result.

Extremely pleased with the job Remi did. At the quoting stage he was upfront about costs we might not have considered, but still ended up being very competitive on price. During the job, he communicated clearly when he came up against issues; his fitting was to a high standard; he was on time and worked as long as he needed to each day to finish the job. His after-care was also good, as he returned to fix a related issue that arose during the work without quibbling; he also came back to complete fitting an item whose delivery had been delayed. Overall, I'd definitely hire him again.

Wow, Xavia and his crew have done an amazing job replacing old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid tiled, insulated warm roof. I couldn't recommend these people enough, clean, curious, and experts in my opinion at all that they do. They went over and above when the weather changed to unforeseen heavy rain, and made sure we were watertight throughout. Lovely people, wonderful job, the best tradesmen I've met on my 64 years on this planet. Thank you.

George and Marian were initially tasked to install a new Made to Fit Kitchen by Wren. We initially trusted them to help with the measurements with Wren suppliers. But in a short space of time, they did a botched job and failed to give proper measurements that has made us lose our on alot of money also they were not wiling to take ownership of their mistakes and just took off. Anyone thinking of hiring these 2 cowboys should think twice. They also told us they were qualified electricians and had done electrical work before. We found out at our peril that they were not and even worse they left many problem areas that a new builder we have have has to rectify. If they had any ounce of professionalism or care for customers, they would come back and rectify their mistakes. From Shopna Khanom
