Victor (Vica) laid some engineered oak wood flooring for us in a house that we bought at the end of 2013. The house needed lots of work doing and the new flooring was just one of the many jobs undertaken by Victor and carried out to a very high standard for us. He always paid attention to detail, ensured that the flooring was level and that the new skirting board fitted flush to the floorboards. He was also always able to provide a solution to any problems encountered during the renovation works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victor as he takes the same pride in his work for others as if he was carrying out work in his own home.

Laszlo did an amazing job fitting my IKEA kitchen worktops. He was very responsive via text and email and answered any questions I had promptly. Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

Dominic and John were brilliant! I needed my kitchen walls plastered. Dominic came to have a look and sent me a very competitive quote right away. The communication was flawless and the finish is very professional and clean - extremely smooth touch. I recommended both to a friend and that job has also already been completed with the same quality result. I wish I had hired them for the parts that the guys from damp company did. Not comparable.

Ross has excited expectations in conducting the job I hired him for. The job consisted in locating and eliminating a bathroom smell, and he contacted the job successfully and at really affordable rates. The communication from the offset was timely, concise and clear. He visited my property once and tackled the issue, offering to come back free of charge in case the issue would persist. After his first intervention the smell nearly went away, but came back after a few days, way less prominently than originally. As promised, Ross came back free of charge and tried another solution, which solved the problem entirely. Throughout, I was impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended!
