Marius has been doing a great job and put in an extra effort to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I can not recommend Marius highly enough, especially as he managed to fix an issue with the council that we had from someone else drawings. He was patient and very well prepared. Went an extra mile and gave us different ideas/options. He was flexible with timings and most importantly with price. Had by far the best quote and did an exceptional job.

Nandre Arrived & Explained all about the work he would be doing. He bought all his Tools & Set straight on with the job.He went above & beyond as the Toilet was very old & needed a bit of work to remove. He replaced certain parts that did not come with the new Toilet & did not over charge for what he replaced. When he completed everything he asked me to check & see if all was working & if I was happy with the job. No complaints whatsoever he cleaned up after him. Excellent job will definitely use again & recommend to anyone who needs a good plumber. Rates very good.

Tom and his colleague Konrad were fantastic They came round 3 times prior to undertaking the work to discuss exactly what we wanted To achieve and meticulously planned it out. They were prompt on the delivery of the work and even came back twice after to ensure the painting was perfect. On top of this they are both absolutely top guys who were easy to get on with and very transparent regarding costs We’ve already booked additional work and would highly recommend these guys to friends and family. Waldemar and team were very tidy and communicative builders who will do the job at a high standard, for a good price and are committed to meeting their realistic deadlines. I had a difficult ask of the team as had ordered most components prior to their quote but they worked around me, the items I had ordered and worked well to achieve a complex and specific design. They were reliable and dedicated to getting the job done in good time and to a high standard. They were attentive and considerate regarding specific design requirements but I would recommend the best way to handle this with them is to provide a detailed plan with measurements as communication is harder when not face to face. That being said, if they were unsure of any detail they were extremely good at being in touch to clarify exactly what you'd like done. Highly recommended!

Michael and team were great throughout whole job. Competitive in price but great in quality. A few bumps as expected due to lack of materials because of COVID which delayed job by 1 week - but overcame this and the work was finished with great quality and really pleased with job. Lads were quiet and discrete throughout job.

We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Martin was very thorough from the beginning when giving me my quote. He did a very thorough job of making sure everything was to my liking. I cannot fault the quality of the work, my bathroom looks excellent! Martin is a really friendly guy and is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me when I did not understand. I would recommend him to anyone.
